Charged me for transfers that we did not book, contacted them prior to holiday date. Would not refund and caused endless headaches with my car rental. Would not use again and will be telling everyone not to use.

Beware Love Holidays/Hotel Edison New York. I have just flown out to New York having booked a year ago with love holidays. We believed everything was included with our price however we have just been hit with a $200 fee at check in for facilities fee for water in our room, breakfast which I have already paid for in advance and use of the gym which we have no interest in using. To eat breakfast in hotel you have to pay $5 each day per person, plus tip . I understand there is a city fee which is fine, but a $200 facility fee which we haven’t budgeted for is not. I have been online chat to Gagan (love holidays) for past hour, and they seem to disconnect my chat. Surprise surprise no managers are available I have spoken to hotel managers who said love holidays should make clients aware of this. This has totally ruined my husband and my 20th Anniversary. Also make sure the room you booked is the one advertised, we have moved twice so far. Only good this about being here is the location

do not use. They will take your money and offer no service at all. They are so unhelpful and just cut you off if you try to contact them (it's actually impossible to talk to them by phone anyway)

This company will Leave you high and dry.. Dont use We booked flights, transfer and Hotel through love holidays. We arrived at tunisia with NO luggage.. All 4 cases missing holding everything including medication for heart failure and respiratory disease. We lodged this with the airport and were told that the next flight 7 hours later might have them on. We told the transfer this and they said "don't worry your rep will sort" . They insisted we got on the transfer. We then travelled 180km for 3 hours with NO baggage... We got to the resort and we were told that noone had ever heard of love holidays.... The guest relations tried the UK number numerous times for in resort services with no reply. Tui and the "meeting place" tried to help. The transfer company refused to help even though with our permission they could have looked for our baggage. We were stuck in an Arabic and French speaking country with no help whatsoever. I managed to "speak " with the online chat on Sunday 16th whom were unsympathetic, unhelpful and deleted all the chat.. Funny that. They would not even give me relevant phone numbers If we had of been helped we might of been able to enjoy our holiday and be reunited with our baggage. As it turned out our 10 day holiday became a 7 day holiday as it took 3 days with loads of assistance from guest relations to actually be reunited with our bags... You sell yourselves as a package holiday but you aren't.. You are nothing more than a broker.. Your in resort reps dont exist. Your online chat services are managed by uncaring, unempathetic alleged humans. Once the "holiday" has been sold you provide nothing at all.. No support at all. I would never ever have booked with you if I had realised you aren't actually a package company. The flight wasn't even a connecting flight.. 50 mins to run through CDG paris Airport.. Its crazy.. To spend 3 days of a holiday that you've saved hard for distressed, anxious and unsupported is an absolute disgrace Shame on you.. I wouldn't recommend you to anyone. You are cheap for a reason. Far better booking everything yourself then at least you have control and dont rely on non existent reps I have had discussions with citizens advice bureau, sent my complaint to rip off Britain, trading standards have been contacted... They are disgraceful.. The offer they have given me is a £75, voucher to use with themselves.. Appaling

Twice day after day I try to book a holiday in Cyprus on 04/2023. The first time the price increased by 30% when paying, and the second time it increased by 60%. They took the money willingly (in advance), but the tasks were not fulfilled.

Do not use Love Holiday, I couldn’t go on holiday due to sudden family bereavement in May. I need no show evidence for my insurance company and love holiday won’t provide it! I’ve spoken to the hotel and they won’t provide evidence as I booked through a holiday company. Can’t speak to anyone in customer service, only the live chat which is really unhelpful. Totally disgusting customer service, will never use again. I just want my money back!

Booked through Love Holidays and wish i hadn't. We had issues on our trip where we paid for a certain room type, did not receive this room. Also paid for a private transfer from the airport to the hotel, after an hour wait we got put on a bus with many other people, again did not receive anything back for this. Waited a long time for them to reply only to tell us there was nothing they could do. Very poor customer experience and if i ran my business like this i wouldn't have a business for very long, terrible customer service experience!

Please avoid love holidays. the only way to chat to them is through chat and even they are busy. i have booked my holiday to Egypt next year but the hotel do not have the reservation and i have spent money calling them each week!!! i cannot get through to love holidays. people reading this please do not book with them.

This is a shocking website, I had booked a holiday 6 months before departure and the flights were cancelled a month after so we decided to cancel the whole booking and restart. They cancelled my holiday and I requested a refund for what we had paid. we was paying monthly and didn't get back everything we paid which is fair enough as you get charged but even though my booking was cancelled they have continued to take money out of my account even though we had cancelled the hotel and they had cancelled the flights which is ridiculous. I have tried to contact them but they are failing to contact me back, the robot Sandy is no help what so ever. Every phone call I make they say we can not help you with previous bookings but their website doesn't give us any idea on who to contact. Well they do but just a robot but not someone who can actually speak and understand me! So now I have paid for a holiday but on paper its cancelled. So good luck to those who have booked a holiday and can't go because they will still take money but don't give it back. DONT USE THIS WEBSITE!

Zero customer service, no compassion, closing requests without resolution, charging extortionate amounts for cancelling a holiday. Will NEVER use them again.

Really unorganised travel agent worse experience ever while travelling, they change things without notifying you and don't be clear on luggage costs be sure to check even the small print with this company and their customer service is non existent.

No support from customer service. They try to close the complaint without resolving .I paid for transfers had to go looking for my cab that was supposed to be waiting with a name card, and on return he did not even show up so had to pay to get to the airport again & even with a receipt no reimbursement avoid this company

Had several issues that remained unresolved due to the fact that you can't talk to a real human being. (Just the bot thing.) Transfers were a catastrophe. The holiday itself was fab, loveholidays were pretty dismal. I can't profess love for them unfortunately.

Made a complaint as loveholidays issued us with a incorrect email address this then lead to us not being able to print boarding passes and having to pay for flight tickets at greece. Response from loveholidays shocking but not surprising...pass the buck whenever they can. Absolutely disgusting dirty company keep away from them...

Rip off scam merchants that failed to correctly arrange a package holiday. Car hire issues resulting in full payment for two weeks and no car. Checked five times prior to travelling that was ok following a flight change and assured each time all was ok. Landed and guess what - no car. Called the car hire company and they were closed as the car was booked at a domestic pick up and not international by LoveHolidays. Called Loveholidays - said it was my fault for not paying for “out of hours collection”. Even though it clearly stated on the paperwork 24/7 times and when I checked this was never mentioned and was told not to worry as it was a meet and greet service. Tried to escalate but they do not allow that so was told to call back after the holiday. Called after the holiday - just said I should have arranged for collection - every turn there is a contradiction. Never use just in case there is an issue as the service is shocking and abrupt.

Total refusal to engage with me in relation to my hotel being closed. They do not answer queries through manage my booking or recorded delivery letters. When you phone and enter your booking number they then cut you off. Would not book with them again and are going for chargeback to get payments back as they are unable to deliver my holiday.

Put simply they never actually made the booking of the hotel. They placed it through a 3rd party but never checked if it was actually made so when we landed in Morocco and arrived at our riad it was a shock to be told we didn't actually have a booking despite all the confirmation in writing from Love Holidays that we did, including the hotel voucher. Turns out to be a very unpleasant feeling to be suddenly and unexpectedly stranded in a foreign country.

PLEASE AT ANY COST USE LOVINGHOLIDAYS Awful Company! I had cancel trip to hotel we booked lovingholidays. I cancelled it online was told be charged £75 and asked what's the reason as no longer to fly Antalya. My friend had medical issues longer than expected. Nothing our hands. Can cancel on 6th October but still not received refund. Yesterday I did web chat Lovingholiday spoke unprofessional advisor kept telling too late to cancel. I explained I cancelled 7 days before travel and said too late to get refund. I followed all guidelines that they stated. Advisors without explanation ended web chat as 5pm. Looks like they don't think about Customers and this is disgusting All cost Dont Use Them. This made me really angry

Zero support from customer service, paid for transfers had to go looking for my cab that was supposed to be waiting with a name card, and on return he did not even show up so had to pay to get to the airport again, seems a lot of people on here have had the same experience, avoid this company its pants 😡😡
