I was planning on ordering flooring for my home. Worst customer service ever! I paid for the flooring and a month later after many unreturned phone calls as well as visits to talk to a supervisor, who was never available, my order was cancelled and the manager could care less. Needless to say my business dealings are finished with this company

We paid for 2100 sq. Ft. Of flooring that has a 30 yr scratch warranty and its only been 7 mo and there is scratches all over. We contacted lowes and they said its not there problem.

Horrible customer service, I was placed on hold for 30 minutes and they never picked up! They made an error on an order charging me and never processed the refund.

If you want customer service or even, basic human interaction with politeness, DO NOT do business in the Lowes in Sarasota, Florida.....no training, ineptitude and a self defeating attitude permeates the customer service , general staff and managers. The automatic phone system will direct your call, but I had never had my call answered under 20 minutes of ringing! Beware!!!!

Poor customer service, the phones never get answered, no communication between one another, never enough help, never any registers open always self check out is only thing open, Home Depot seems to be doing better than this

I bought a toilet in the Cullman AL store 10/04/2022 to be installed by Lowes installer .This is 10/14/2022 I have not heard anything from them. You do not a buy a toilet unless you need one. Those sales people do not know much about whats going on anyway

Lowes helena,mt. 59602. Don't use them. Got an estimate on my roof, they didnt provide enough materials to do the job and included materials that were not requested wouldnt take those materials back. So now im stuck in the middle of the roof having to spend more money just to finish the job i drew out plans for and provided to them. Already had to buy 3 more rolls of ice barrier and another of underlayment and im pretty sure im going to need more shingles. Of course the customer service was bent on making it all my fault. Guess its my fault for thinking they had any idea of what they were doing.

Everything has gone wrong!! I’m aFULL Year into this process, and still have not resolved it!! Lowes of Royal Plam Beach, FL #1 first they take all money upfront ($36k -12 windows, 2 sliding doors, 1 front door) and it took 4months to get the call for delivery and to set up Instalation. #2 They ordered the WRONG door, TWICE! The first one NOT the one I ordered, and after another 4 months (which at some point they admitted to having “lost it” , no one knew where my door was) when the door finally came in it was ordered WRONG yet again! This time a door that does NOT FIT our home! They ordered a door to fit a concrete block home And ours is wooded frame! #3 We have failed inspection twice and they have yet to fix the issue and close our permit!!! #4 it’s now been A WHOLE YEAR of hassle, not getting front door and we needed up having to get a lawyer to deal with them so they will give us our door money back and DEAL with the permit and inspection issues!! DO NOT GO to LOWES

How come Low’s offer extended services on water boiler beyond factory warranty 6 years. And when you call the claim department and customer service they only retract the information for only 4 years. That’s crazy insane. I just trying file claim, but they are expecting me to have the receipt for that long? I will never shop there again and would recommend to any family members.

Customer service is poor. Bear DE store. Poor communication between departments and no one answers the phone. Store manager always unavailable or off on the weekends. Busiest days of the week.

If I could leave 0 stars I would . Bought a new dryer because old dryer wasn't heating , come to found out replaced my outlet and boom heat, wanted to return the new one and got rejected due to 48 hr policy can't believe they're willing to lose a customer for life over a 7 day period congrats lowes you preach loyal to our customer our customer mean the most but when it because customer against policy I guess you choose policy . Went all the way up the chain of command to cooperate and was just told unfortunately can't do that . So now I'm stuck with 2 dryers .... anyone wanna buy a new dryer 🙃. #dontshoplowes

Lowes in Carlsbad N.M. 88220 I first went on line to see the in stock lumber at Carlsbad Lowes then went to the store with my list of materials for a portable tiny home. Once arriving I was greeting by Sonia, a Lowes Pros Specialist member, who talked me into opening a Lowes Pro account and credit card telling me I would get better service better prices 20% off first order and free delivery next day on my order So I went ahead and did as she suggested so I would receive the benefits. After more then 6 tiring and frustrating hrs with Sonia and changing the building design 3 times because they didnt have the lumber needed for my Tiny Home and dealing with the very slow and very incompetent Lowes Pro Specialist that was completely clueless and inexperienced through out the whole process of absolutely everything, I finally left with the promise that it would all be delivered early next day, and that my discounts would show in my account online. Next day part of order came, called store, asking for rest of order, well this went on each day for three days with me making many phone calls and then they show up Friday at end of day with delivery. This very late delivery making it impossible for me to meet deadline promised for job and caused me to lose the job for the TIny Home costing me Big $$$. Then to top it off I look online and no 20% discount and I was charged for delivery. So the incompetence of Carlsbad Lowes once again has proven to be very tiring, and costly. So close to a thousand in discounts that were promised and never received, all my time invested, the $$$ loss from not being able to do the job in time promised and of course absolutely no care or remorse from Carlsbad Lowes. So now I will be spending another day of my time to load all materials on a trailer and return to lowes. For future jobs I will travel out of town to a homedepot or other store. Lowes in Carlsbad NM is the absolute worse building supply I have ever been to in almost 50 yrs of construction. Save yourself alot of time and drive couple hrs to another town and shop at homedepot where the staff are more competent. M.A.

Order a riding toy for grandchild when delivered it only had framed and tires in the box. When I contacted the lowes 800 number was told to return to local store. Will give a bad reviews.

Bought a $2,500.00 Craftsman Riding Mower, problems with starting from the time it was first delivered☹ Wanted though to give the mower a fair trial so tried using it a couple of mowings•••WRONG decision⚠️ Tried to use it a third mowing, absolutely NO starting the mower😠 At this point made the decision to return the mower & get another brand of mower elsewhere❗ Lowe's DOES NOT accept a return of a mower that you tried out doing the only thing with the mower that you're supposed to•••using it to mow to find out whether or not that you have a desirable, 100% functional, $2,500.00 mower❗❓❗❓❗❓ WHAT THE HELL kind of business practices is that⚠️❓❗⚠️❓❗⚠️❓❗ Fortunately there is a 2-3 Year Warranty for repairing a Lowe's lawn mower that I am NOT 100% SATISFIED with at a cost of $2,500.00❗❗❗😡 It will now be in the hands of a repairman for god knows how long while my lawn grows horribly out of control😤 Through with Lowe's•••NEVER again❗❗❗

I worked at Lowe's for about 3 months. Lowe's is a pretty decent company to work for I enjoyed it while I was there the problem is the customers.. The customers are the biggest assholes that ever walked into a store. They make a mess of the place. They never put anything back where it belongs,,when they drop something on the Floor it stays there, the customers don't care and that's why I left. I got tired of cleaning up after the customers and nobody appreciated it.. So you can give bad scores to Lowes if you want but you need to look in the mirror. The problem is not with the company it's with you the customers that can't put anything back you just don't give a damn and that's why I left I felt like I wasn't appreciated for what I did.

Eight months since we made our initial "measurement" payment, and our blinds still haven't been installed. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong; and yet Lowe's continues to disavow any responsibility ... it's always the fault of their third-party "partners" (independent contractors) By the way, Lowe's management needs to tell their independent contractors (delivery drivers) not to let themselves into customers' residences (garages) without the knowledge of & permission from the property owner. Eight months and our blinds are stiil in the box (although we paid in-full about FIVE months ago.

Signed contract and paid for replacement roof June 29,2022, Roofing contractor calls middle of August, states my roof is scheduled for Sept 4, 2022. Roof contractor calls first Sept, they have had weather delays my roof will be replaced after Sept 13.2022, they will call with confirmed date. No call, their mailbox is full. Call Matt Haag Lowes rep his mailbox is full. Email Matt no response. Call the Ruckersville Lowes contract sales, they forward my call, supposedly to contractor, same story, mailbox is full. I am disappointed, lowes has my money, i have nothing.

Ordered a dryer on 8/28/22, was told it would take 7 to 10 days to arrive and scheduled delivery for 9/6/22. Received a phone call on 9/5/22 saying delievery was scheduled between 12 and 4 next day. Called asking for status of delivery they tell me no delivery scheduled that warehouse has not processed the dryer. No one can tell me whats going on. After 4 calls to store I contact Corp office, after being on hold for an hour I speak with someone. They put me on hold and another 30 minutes goes by. I am told that the dryer is on back order and they will call whenever it is back in stock. I say I cant wait so I have to go back to the store where they have no other dryers in sotck have to wait for everything. The gentleman calls another store and tells me they have one in stock, I go ahead and place the order over the phone, set up delivery for Sunday. Have to go to customer service to get my refund. They tell me they cant over ride the system as it has been 12 days and only store manager can do it after 10days. I have to return to get my money back. Wait for my delivery on Sunday and theydont show. I call and am told they dont have the dryer so I go to the store and ask for a manager. After explaining everything to her, she goesto back and finds the dryer buried. She pulls it out and puts it in the delivery bay and promises it to me on Monday. Money the dryer is delivered, very damaged and I have to leave work 4 hours early and go speak with manager again. They do not have any more of the dryer I picked. I have to pick a new dryer and they set it for delivery on Tuesday. Finally got the dryer but still not happy. Will not go to Lowes again. I am sorry is just not enough. I can say this last manager tried very hard to get me a dryer and did give me money off, but I still do not fell it was worth all the trouble.

I purchased LG refrigerator on 9/7/2022 it was supposed to be delivered on 9/10 from North Bergen NJ store they confirmed the delivery via text message and the same day of delivery they called me saying that they don't have it on stock so I had to order it from Bayonne store and my delivery date was 9/12 the truck came with wrong refrigerator i keep calling Bayonne store and Lowe's customer service which so hard to speak to supervisor and they don't do anything no one know when is my refrigerator will be at store and when they will ship it NEVER Purchase anything from lowes again they don't own their mistake today is 9/14 and I don't where is my refrigerator that I paid for it already again NEVER Purchase from lowes again
