WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!!! $60 FOR A $35 WALL FAN. I GOT 2 BEDROOMS OF HIGH QUALITY CARPET AND PADDING SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR THE COST OF 1 BEDROOM WITH NO PADDING AT LOWES!!! PRICES ARE SKY HIGH AND EVERY TIME I VISIT THERE ARE FEWER AND FEWER EMPLOYEES TO HELP CUSTOMERS!! FRICK LOWES!!! I REGRET DUMPING $8,000 OF MY HARD EARNED AT MINIMUM WAGE MONEY IN THERE OVER THE LAST 3 YEARS REMODELING MY HOME. HEY LOWES!!! I STILL HAVE STUFF TO BUY TO COMPLETE MY HOME!!! GUESS WHAT!!! Lowes return policy. I purchased an item from Lowes Towson, MD (Taylor Ave) and needed to return it. After getting to the store I realized that I did not have the receipt. Since I had forgotten the receipt the cashier asked for a credit card. I informed her that I did not have it. They attempted to look it by phone number with no luck. I was then told that it was nothing she could do. I informed her that I entered my phone number in the self check out. I then ask to speak to a manager, that never showed. I decided to leave and go home to retrive the receipt and come back the following day. After have a conversation with one of the manager, I was told that the self check do not work sometimes. However, they are working on getting new systems. I have been a loyal customer of Lowes and had other occansions where the customer service at this location was horrible.

I was a part time associate at a Lowe's store in Dallas from 4/2019 until 9/2023. I was abruptly fired and to date no reason has been provided by Lowe's corporate office or the store manager who terminated me as to why. I submitted a few complaints to corporate due to the mistreatment of a manager and supervisor and the store manager Woody told me that my complaint against the supervisor had closed and the end result was termination and that was all the information he had and I needed to call corporate to get more information. I called corporate on 9/14 and the only thing the rep said was I violated a lowe's policy but there was no information regarding what policy. I filed a discrimination charge with the EEOC due to a then store manager removing me from the schedule when I returned from medical leave because I called corporate on her for not accommodating my restrictions on my dr's note, as retaliation she removed me from the schedule for almost a month. She said she had to cut hours but she gave hours to people to work in my department who was not assigned to my department and gave me no hours. Clear retaliation. Lowe's was sent this charge from the EEOC and a couple days later, I was terminated. Looks like another retaliation by lowe's. Lowe's has what they call an "open door" policy but in this case it seems that my bringing issues to them that needs correcting, resulted in my termination. They also have an announcement that plays repeatedly throughout the day that says "Lowe's care about the safety of our customers and associates" but if that were true, they would put armed security in each of its stores that has high theft, aggressive customers and high risk areas. The associates are consistently verbally attacked and have their lives in danger daily and it would be nice if Lowe's would own that statement and actually show that they care about their customers and associates. Lowe's how do you care about associates but terminate with no reason and when it looks like retaliation. Since being at this job I have endured sexual harassment, racism and other issues. All documented and sent to Lowe's but the culture of the behavior is not changing. Lowe's it is time for you to be called to the carpet regarding the behavior of some of your leaders.

In Amherst or E. Amherst, NY, the Customer Service employees are rude and hide behind walls they have put up. We lived in Tennessee for a number of years and never saw such ignorance at a Lowe's store.

I've generally been satisfied over the years, generally have best prices. A replacement patio slider door came with defects, ordered replacement but just not happening. Started this a year ago, still not complete. Ironically a friend of mine ordered same thing a couple weeks ago and it was complete in less than a week. Go figure. I'll probably make do with the defects, it slides and locks. Needs some trim for looks. Will do the job.

I am a long time customer, spending tens of thousands of dollars at Lowes in the past but getting no help with my present situation. We purchased 2,300 sqft of LVP flooring in 2021 and within 12 months it was falling apart, splintering. In Nov 2022 I went back to the local Lowes (Fultondale, AL) and was told they do not help with warranty claims. So, I contacted the manufacturer (Shaw), sending pictures, dates of purchase, etc. I called at least 5 times and spoke to different people each time who promised to do something (get an adjuster out, make it priority, etc) but after the phone call was over they ghosted me. Finally, a couple months ago, Shaw said they needed a form from the local Lowes store. I would have been saved all this had Lowes helped me back in Nov 2022. Shaw emailed the manager over the local flooring department, asking for the necessary form and copied me in the email. He never replied. I have emailed him 3 more times, been back in the store to talk to 2 employees, made several phone calls (when I was told that manager was actually in the store!), left messages for him, but he has never come to the phone, or come to the service desk to meet me, or ever returned my calls. *** Our flooring is a trip hazard as it is splintering so badly. But Shaw wants to send an adjuster to view it so we have still not taken it up. But I need to take it up now before someone gets hurt!

My sister purchased a washer and dryer.. Carlos the sales associate at Lowe's in Seneca was amazing .. the problem was with the delivery and set up. I had to explain to them 3 times where they went and the other one was to be hauled off. They set them up and left ... didn't even check for washer leaks or to make sure the dryer worked properly. I had to turn on the water for washer , keeping fingers crossed no leaks.. they did not even take the cover off the exhaust for the dryer , just put the dryer vent over exhaust cover and left. and somehow they managed to warp the bottom of the dryer door We couldn't figure out why it was heating and not drying, that is until I the baby sister pulled out dryer took off vent and had to take cover off then put everything back. Lowes PLEASE DO BETTER with your delivery and set up people.

I made a large purchase at Lowe's and the salesman failed to apply my MVP Pts for rewards on my account. The only way they can correct this mistake is to refund the whole purchase...delivery etc and do a resale and etc. HOW STUPID!

Very bad service We ordered two windows after 8 weeks the windows arrived damaged , we had our contractor with scaffold installed and waiting for windows , they promised we will rush for delivery of new window after two weeks waiting They say it will take another 6 weeks for new window to come , they said we give credit for the window, after 7 weeks only one window arrives and they said if you want another one need to way 6 more weeks , we end up getting one damaged window and they said you have to pay for it but with discount, so the credit they gave us was a lie they end up getting paid for damaged windows and 4 months of waiting , I will never shop in lows , the manager was so rude , I hope emote people complain,

Our refrigerator went out and I needed to get a new one ASAP. I looked up on Tuesday 9/5/23 what was available, this Lowe's Temple, TX showed to have a model for Friday 9/8/23 delivery, so I ordered it online. When I got the order confirmation the estimated arrival was Friday, Sep 15, 2023. I called today Wednesday 9/6/23 and the system let me know that it would be 1/2 to 1 hour waiting time, but could choose for a call back dialing 1, I did it and didn't work, so I had to wait the 1 hour. So, when I got the agent, I explained to her the situation, and told her that I just repeated the operation and the system was still showing delivery for 09/08/23, she said she didn't get that in the webpage she was on, she said she was very sorry but didn't solve the problem.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I cannot say enough about how ABSOLUTLEY HORRIBLE Lowes in Palm Coast is. Their customer service..IVAN..what a joke. Mind as well have a toddler do his job. He allows the employees to be rude and disrespectful to Lowe's 4 Pro contractors. I was hung up numerous times. I DO NOT RECOMMEND shopping at this location. They hire anyone with a heartbeat, No papers needed.

Ordered a gazebo from Lowe’s could have ordered from multiple sources but choose Lowes because I thought they would be more reliable and accountable. Had to call in because their tracking system only says out for delivery nothing more very poor system. They missed delivery date and said it would be another week. Understood but I will be out of town that week and there is no one to receive delivery. They first said I can cancel and it will take 10 days for refund lady was very nice. I asked for her supervisor and she told me no refund they can’t cancel and I can reject when they deliver. I won’t be here and will not have any phone reception where I’m going. I was told since I order online Lowes has no control of process. Sorry feel like that’s a handy excuse for no accountability. Done with Lowes. I know this is the new reality or is it. I have to say Amazon has always been accountable and diligent in handling my orders

Do no shop at Lowe’s! They do not stand behind the products they sell! I bought a weed eater 92 days ago and because it is past the 90 day window the will not exchange it. I even bought the extended warranty and because of a “new” policy change Paul the assistant store manager of store number 1064 on garners ferry road will not exchange it like they have in the past with the extended warranty. They are making me go through craftsman for repairs which I’ve never had to do before. And I’m out a week eater until repairs are made. Anyone wanna we’d eat for me? Buyer beware. Do not shop at Lowe’s and hopefully you don’t have to deal with Paul at this store!

I ordered over $600 worth of merchandise for pickup at store 0181. I ordered it on the 31st with plans on picking it up on the 1st. it seems like I received a text for every item that was picked telling me it was ready. so my buddy brings his truck and trailer and we go to the store and are informed that half my order is at another store. when I asked why, I was told it happens quite often, and when I asked what they were going to do about it I was told that it's not their fault, it's .coms fault. my buddy asked her what does it say on your shirt? it says Lowes, we are in Lowes, the order says it was placed for pickup in this store. we are not here to point fingers but we would like a resolution. "We can't help as it's not our problem" so I asked for a manager who took forever to show up, and I asked that he please have the items shipped to my house at no cost to make up for the mix up. "I can't do that , it would be up to the store that has the merchandise to ship it and I doubt they would be willing to pay the shipping." in addition one of the fence panels they picked was a piece of garbage and it took another 35 minutes to get someone to replace it. by far the worst customer service ever!

Got washer delivered the two delivery people were horrible rude and disrespectful of property dirty floors and placed washer too close to wall ask them to move it they did not they should be fired in my opinion

I spent $10,000 on new flooring that Lowe's recommended the installer was having problems and he was fired a year later the floors buckled up contacted Lowe's they said too bad for you been over a year talked to the factory I sent videos to the factor of the floor buckled they told me it was installed very wrong as they looked through the whole house Lowe's told me that's too bad I also bought window coverings from Lowe's that didn't fit they measured them they sent new ones and didn't install them. I had to grout my bathroom tile cuz it was 3 weeks before another installer could come they also put my flooring in the driveway then called me and said it has to be in the house for 72 hours im 67 years old I had to haul all that into the house they left the floor all tore up when they fired the guy my girlfriend fell on the pile of carpet they left and broke her femur. They even hung up on me a few times when I tried to talk to him it was just been a year don't call us again when I wrote this review a few weeks ago Lowe's replied to that saying we want to help please contact us gave me the number it was the number that you call and you get an automated talk to a sales rep she was like tore up about it hold on 10 minutes later manager got on told me too bad. All I can say is if you do business with Lowe's be very careful once they have your money they don't care.

We ordered a French Door to replace the old one we have. We paid them to come and get measurement and we placed the order on 6/1/23. Installer came 7/21/23. They got our old door out and started installing, but it was the wrong size. The installer is different company called Hermosa window and door. He said it is not the right size and to small and he started felling in the gap. We said no, but has no choice to let him finish. He kept telling us its Lowe's falt. He finished and left. We called right away to the Norwalk Store we bought but no help. We kept calling the following several days. Finally we got the specialist who sold it to us and said will take care of it. Till to day nothing has been done. We still have the wrong door installed,and coustmer service is so bad. We are looking to take legal action unless they resolve. We will never buy anything from Lowe's again. Please, do not trust what they say and tell you, it was never right. Lowe's has a big problems.

Really disappointed in Lowes delivery service. Ever since they went from Lowes doing this own delivery and now use a third party delivery service it is horrendous. I bought a refrigerator a month ago with a scheduled delivery of 8/24. Sadly that refrigerator had to be put back on the truck because it looked like it met up with a baseball bat. The guys were great, had no issues with the washer/dryer they brought in. And, they did not express bringing in the damaged refrigerator if we wanted them to until it could be replaced. But declined that offer. They were going to get another one out asap. Or so we thought. Lowes delivery service decided to cancel the order and refund the money but didn’t tell us until we questioned the new delivery time. Placed a new order on Friday the 25th and they were scheduled to deliver it on the 26th. The two guys showed up and refused to bring it in because there was steps up to the front porch. They then refused to bring it in through the basement garage and up a small flight of stairs. They refused to bring it up the yard and into the back door. The loaded it back onto the truck and told us to order a smaller lighter refrigerator. We had ordered a 26.8cu Frigidaire and they wanted us to swap it for a Hisense. Called the delivery company and they said they would bring it back the next day only to find out they cancelled the order yet again and today was told to find some other place to order from. They promised call backs and we had to be the ones calling them.

Months ago, I approached Lowes with a project to select and install a door separating the living room from the room. The plan was for the room to be locked so the children could sleep in it. In Lowes I was told that it must be a special order and this size and all they have is a folded door, like in a wardrobe. I agreed. After more than a week, a specialist came to take measurements. I asked some questions about the project. After satisfactory answers, I was convinced that the project would be well done and I would arrange a children's room during the holidays. I didn't know then about other things that the specialist didn't tell me. After a month the door came but I had to wait a few weeks for the installer - the same man - specialist. He installed one door behind the other, took him away, said that they had brought the wrong dimensions. I wasn't happy with the installed doors but he said I had to wait until he installed them all - then I could advertise. In the store 2 days later I was told that the dimensions of the door were good and as given by the specialist. I waited over a month for the specialist to come. Whatever he was doing, he didn't take any notice. I was surprised by the behavior. The door did not close properly and left large gaps. I even showed in another room how the door from the wardrobe even looks like. All I've heard is that it has to be. But it is what it is. My mother, a much older woman from specialists, when she wanted to explain and she doesn't speak English, he dismissed me that if I don't like it, I can complain in the store and if they tell him something is wrong, I can return it. I would mask the gaps myself because that's how it's done. And the fun has begun. I went to the store to advertise the door. There I showed the pictures and they agreed that it shouldn't be like that and that it's no problem, I'll get a refund when I call the distribution and installation. They handed over the phone. I called several times explaining the whole story each time. Finally someone asked me for an e-mail with photos that it needs approval from the manager. After 20 minutes I received information that the door was installed correctly and the return request was rejected by the manager. At first I thought it was a mistake so I called again to make sure the manager had seen the photos. I heard this is the final decision. I know I have a point. I also checked the return policy at Lowes and I couldn't agree more. The justification from the manager was that Lowes would not accept the doors that were installed. I notified them that the specialist installer said that I can advertise the door after installation. Again I heard that they can't do anything because the manager refused. I asked 2 independent contractors for their opinions. They both said that they should not offer me this door for this door frame. They were surprised that the specialist did not inform me about it. Both admitted that the dimensions of the door are wrong and the gaps should not be so large. After this opinion, I tried to contact Lowe's again to have my arguments heard and reconsidered. I was looking for contact even to the regional manager and lawyers. But I was denied such contact. I will raise the issue on facebook. I presented the case and photos again on messenger. Someone was supposed to call me within 2 days. After 5 days of silence, I contacted them again on messenger. And someone called Lowes an hour later. The man was rude. He was only trying to shout at me that the installation looks fine in the pictures. He didn't listen to me, he yelled at me and just tried to make me laugh. He apologized but admitted that he would not get a refund because the door was installed as it should be. That it's my fault because I should have known what I was ordering. He didn't listen to my arguments, he just raised his head, which made me raise my voice as well. Jessie - employee ID: 4688473, please give him a cookie for this. No professionalism whatsoever. I ordered paint from Lowe's which should have been a on the shelf item. There was no Lowe's a thousand miles closer to me and Lowe's send my product across the country and it was supposed to be here more than a week ago. I called Lowe's and they said as long ass it is in shipping, they won't do anything. Until I receive the product, I can’t even cancel the order. What should have taken a day or two, has been a couple of weeks. The $426 I spend has cost me more than this order and Lowe’s don’t even care. I will not deal with Lowe’s anymore. What is happening to these companies that can't get help, but on the other hand, these companies show that they don't even care. Good bye Lowe's, I will not be back!
