“I joined macros Inc a year ago in August and it has changed my life. I had a goal of losing weight and becoming an endurance runner. My coaches Ramona Moore and Curb Ivanic have both help me achieve a lot of my goals. I lost 60 pounds, initial goal was 50 but the weight just kept coming off. I also had a goal of completing a marathon and with coaching I learned to properly train and fuel my first one. I wish I started macros years ago!”

Regarding your request to change coaches, we do usually try to see if the client is willing to first have a talk with their current coach and resolve things, and we're happy to help facilitate that conversation between the coach & client. So I apologize if you got the impression that a coach change was completely out of the realm of possibilities. We would never deny someone of that option, but we do usually encourage giving you & your coach a chance to come together and resolve any issues first before switching to a different coach. If ultimately a client and their coach have tried to resolve things and the two parties are just not on the same page, or the client just feels it's best at that point to change coaches, we're happy to accommodate that. Again I apologize if you were given a different impression. That's on us to do a better job of conveying our intention in those situations.

Hi Haley! Thank you for the review! I just want to make sure I understand the issue you're describing so that we can best help you here. It sounds like this is an issue you've experienced in the Macros Inc app. I'm really sorry about that! If the keyboard disappears, that certainly shouldn't be happening. App update times vary depending on what's getting updated, but I know that can be frustrating to have to sit there and wait, especially if you're trying to do something. I'll have our tech department & app development team look into the issue you've mentioned.
