“I ordered the Elizabeth floor lamp. Unfortunately, when it arrived, I realised that the cord was broken in two. I got in touch with customer service and they promptly sent me another one, free of charge. Very pleased with the service I received from my customer service rep, Danan. The lamp is also good quality too. Nice antique brass finish. Much sturdier than my previous IKEA one and love the convenient foot switch. Would definitely place another order for homewares in the future.”

“Beautiful bed was delivered promptly with a phone call to say they were on their way. Not only great delivery service but the bed itself is stunning and was easily put together by myself within one hour. Very pleased. Highly recommended Matalan Direct!”

“I ordered 2 glass coffee tables they were delivered within 2 days and the packaging was unbelievable they arrived so well protected and in a wooden crate, I would certainly recommend Matalan for purchasing products.”

Hello Rajeev, Thanks for your feedback, Its great to hear that you like your Ottoman storage set. In regards to the delivery, we do typically estimate 4-7 days for delivery on these products and it does take up to the latter stages of these estimations on occasion. I can see that this has happened on this occasion as it has taken 7 working days for delivery, however in term of the follow up, this is something which we are constantly improving in order to provide are customers with the best experience whilst shopping with us. “Ordered two Black Leather bedside cabinets from Matalan Direct if i am honest i expected to have to assemble them myself but the only thing i had to do was screw on the drawer knobs and look on with pleasure Quality furnishing at a basic price I am 100% happy with my purchase Thank you”
