We find the Mobile devices, useful for medical needs. The price is fairly, reasonable, considering the accessories that come with the price. Also, we were informed that the wrist band and necklace alarms are waterproof, which does bring some peace of mind by the use of wear, when necessary. Furthermore, the GPS device is ideal for travel. In addition, the set up of the equipment is almost, surprisingly, automatic with practically,no waiting period for the acknowledgement by your company that the test of a two way communication is successfully, complete. Presently, we appreciate, the business.

Love the service so far. Was afraid ATT would not work where I live, but it works fine. Service picks up immediately. Had a couple of issues that we are working out. The fall detection is very sensitive. You must hold button down on pendant to cancel fall detection alert. It goes off when you sit in a chair and don't move for a couple of seconds. It goes off when you are sleeping for no apparent reason. My husband (user) went out on back porch in middle of night and fell asleep in chair. He did not take his portable speaker with him which was charging in living room. Main speaker was in living room too as well as my cell phone. A fall was detected. I was in the bedroom and didn't hear alert. Next thing the ambulance and fire department were at our door. We have remedied that problem by putting charger for portable unit in the bedroom so at least I should wake up and hear it. My husband has severe arthritis and has problems with mobility. He has fallen in the past. This unit gives me peace of mind.

I'm very greatful for MobileHelp. I pray I never have to use it. But I feel at ease knowing I have it in case of an emergency. Thank you MobileHelp!!!

Thankfully my mom has not yet had to summon help for any reason, so I can't speak of the co's service when that need arises, but I can say that during my research period when I was trying to choose a medical alert service for my mom, I found MobileHelp's staff to be the kindest and most helpful on the phone. Their customer service was excellent. And that continued through the setup process after I opened the account. Every single person I have spoken to on the phone, has been professional and helpful. In this day and age, that is often the one thing that tips the scale for me when choosing anything. I would highly recommend their service. And by the way, I called them in the first place because a friend has been using their service for years and gave me the same sterling review of their customer service. So I'm paying it forward. They deserve it.

I have not had to use Mobile Help yet but the peace of mind I feel knowing they are there is invaluable. The staff is knowledgable, courteous and always available when I have contacted them with questions. My family is very glad I chose Mobile Help. I especially love the fact that I can take them with me when I leave the house and they can find me.

I am glad that I haven't had to use MobileHelp services yet. When I did call for answers to my questions the operator I spoke with was friendly and answered my questions completely. I also doubted myself on my set up and testing so I called and the operator was more than willing to walk me through the testing process again to confirm that everything was working correct. Very friendly and patient! Thank you!

Your customer service agents were exceptionally helpful and patient in assisting and explaining the setting up of the system. As an 83 years old customer it is so important that customer service recognize that we do not readily grasp all details. I will recommend MobilHelp to my friends. Thank You, Vola Burcham

I am a recent Mobile Help subscriber---they are quick to respond (( to my) test cals)and do not make feel that I am a nuisance the service rendered and their reassuring nature are quite satisfactory

Years ago, I purchased a stand alone alert system for my mom that relied on the phone line in her home. It would notify me first if an event occurred, and if I did not respond, it would call 911. She thankfully did not have a serious event in the time she had it. This past November, it failed and we decided it was time upgrade to a better system since she was getting older ( she's 97 now) and still living in her home. After doing some research and reading several reviews, we decided on Mobil Help. We have been very pleased with our choice! As her son, I helped her sign up and get the system which was very straightforward and simple. The representative I spoke with was very personable and extremely helpful answering all my questions. We opted for the added cost "Fall Detection" pendant, which is motion sensitive and sends an alert if the person has fallen and cannot respond. After receiving the equipment, set up and activation took only minutes. We did find some things about the system that we found frustrating. My mom is very short and the cord that was supplied was too long and difficult to adjust to the right length. After having it in operation for about a week, we found the most problematic thing was the pendant. At first, she was wearing it too long and as it swung around, or got hit, it would send an alert and we would get a call that an event had occurred. These were false alarms, and were cancelled. After calling to ask why this was happening, I was told she needed to wear it shorter to prevent this. Well, she had to devise her own cord to make it shorter, but it did not prevent the false alarms. The last time it happened, she had taken off the pendant and placed it on the table, and got a call. This type of pendant is VERY sensitive to movement, and is not right for everyone. Once again ,I called their customer service and explained the situation and asked if we could go to the standard pendant to eliminate this issue. Their customer service is awesome! You talk to a real person right away, and our issue was resolved in no time, a new pendant mailed out, plus the the additional charge for the first pendant was credited back! I have been very impressed with how they have handled our issues, and made every effort to make it right.

My family has been most happy with my MobileHelp because they can locate me at any time night or day or wherever I may be. Also that in wearing the my bracelet at home I can have 24 hour coverage. I do not have to call in my intended location as with former program because I wear my unit wherever I go. They love seeing my exact location. The lock door box is a great idea to allow responderes access. My daughter who is a nurse loves the idea that the responderes can get the critical medical information needed without having to try to get it from her first. If the price holds for the coming year I will be happy.

Before I go to the ranch, I call Mobile Help. They have my temporary location out in the country in case I fall, get hurt while working, get shot or get snakebit. It is incredible how much anxiety is relieved knowing that I can do what I want to do and still be a push button away from help if I need help.

I've had Mobile Help for over a year now... once, when I wrecked one of my wristband, they quickly sent me a new one - no charge. I often forget to test my system once a month or so. The little blue reminder light stopped working, which is why I forget.

It is difficult to write a review when all is going good and have not had to use the service. Although we did have an incident that makes me extremely happy we have the service. One evening my wife forgot to remove the pendent from around her neck and inadvertently hit the call button during sleep. At 2:00 am we had the rescue banging at our door asking if everything was OK. It was an embarrassment, but we are happy and thankful for the response. WE are pleased to know that we can rely and depend on MobileHelp in an emergency.
