“My initial contact was very pleasant and informative. The sales rep/customer rep was very knowledgeable of his product line. He explained all the options to me in a clear and concise way enabling me to make an informed decision. He was very patient and wanted to be sure my questions and concerns were addressed and that I felt comfortable with my decision. It's a difficult time and process to go through when your life changes to cause you to consider a health alert monitor. I was treated with with respect and concern at a difficult time. This product was reasonable in price for what it offered compared to others.I am anxious to travel with the mobile unit.”

“service person was very helpful kind and thorough. equipment arrived quickly and on time. very simply plugged in and activated. mobile help checked in and made sure all was satisfactory and answered one more question. item is simple and everything is just as described and I have contact if ever needed. the generous gift of key box is appreciated. thank you nancy and howard revenig”

“Thankfully I have not had to use my Mobilehelp yet, but the service has been very good. My unit was not charging properly at first and you sent me a new kit. Thank you . I feel very secure wearing my wrist button, comfortable and not in my way at all.”

“Customer Service on the phone and via email is to be commended for a job well done in convincing us to buy this system. And when we received it, it exceeded our expectations. And the plan is convenient and practical. And no hassle in reading pamphlets and pamphlets, very simple and easy to read material and very quick set up.”

“Just began this for my mom, great people immediately responded when she needed help. When we first got the equipment, we accidently called a few times before she was comfortable with the necklace, they were great and professional each error she made. When she needed assistance, emt's were called promptly and great supporrt for her, staying with her online. I recommend this to anyone who is concern about their loved ones, i am so glad i did.”

“I'm very happy with the MobileHelp, and my daughters are very reassured since I live alone. It has taken me a few days to get the hang of it, and I'm afraid I set off the alarm several times before I did, but not for the last three days so I guess I'm learning. The answering service was very prompt and understanding, and I appreciate that. Thankfully I haven't really needed it yet. And it was a bit difficult to set it up, but the company was very helpful.”
