“I received my Mobile Help at the end of January and in Feb. I took a very bad fall and Mobile Help was there in in less than 15 minutes to help me. I have told many of my friends about this company. I'm so glad that i am a part of it.”

“I have Mobile Help for my 86 year old brother. He feels very secure when he leaves his home because he knows if he has a medical problem a push on the wrist button is all it takes to get him the help he needs. When I forget to check the unit he receives a notice and the unit is checked on the spot. When I have had questions the staff I talk to give me all the help I need without making me feel like a complete idiot/ They are always friendly and caring and I feel blessed that we found Mobile Help. “The system is easy to use and maintain by simply re-charging once a month. Confirming the system is operational is a once a month use of the system to speak with a friendly person who comes on the line promptly. I wear the water proof bracelet at all times, including in the swimming pool and shower.”

“MobileHelp has been a blessing for my family. Someone is always there to help my grandmother if she needs it and it's great to be notified as a caregiver that does not live with her if there is ever an issue. The hardware is great and the service works great and the customer service is always friendly and extremely helpful!!”

“I feel much more secure living alone now that I have Mobile Help, though I have not had occasion to use it except for tests. If you contact them with questions, they are polite and extremely helpful and have patiently talked me through whatever I asked about. My children who live away are relieved that I have it telling me that it is well worth the money. I agree!”

“I have had to use MobileHelp a few times and am delighted at the ease in which things happened. My sister was notified in time to take my protective German Shepard while the ambulance was still here. That was the first time. I am a very healthy 79 1/2 years old and not used to needing help. I feel very secure in my apartment by myself and my dog. I, now, have a year and a half old puppy who will be friendly to all. I don't usually rate situations but MobileHelp will always have my highest regards. Thank you! Thank you! ! Theodora Danforth Bethel, Vermont”

“During my husbands long disability, I always felt supported by Mobile Help. After his passing, I was encouraged to keep the sevice for myself although I am of good health and highly mobile. It gives me comfort to know that should I have an emergency, I can get help with the push of a button.”

“On a trip to Alton Bay on Lake Winnipesaukee NH I thought this would be a good test for my Mobile Help device. I thought they will never find me way up here among the trees *wrong* there she was ....do you need help etc. At my request she gave me my location on Timber Lake Rd. I was definitely impressed. Fortunately, I have not needed your service for an emergency but I'm still grateful for "finding me" wherever I might be. Terry Manning”

“As of now, I haven't had an emergency. One day, though, I bumped the unit and must have activated it and someone was right there to ask if all was well with me. I need some help with one thing. When the time changed on Sunday morning, the unit now doesn't have the correct time.] If you could reset it for me, I would appreciate it. Thank you, Janice Vaughn”

“I have been a member of MobileHelp for the past couple of years and in being so I have the peace of mind that there is always a friend close by. Fortunately, no real emergency has occurred but knowing that you are there it makes living alone comforting. Thank you.....”

“I've been VERY pleased with MobileHelp after two years. Every time the button has been pushed, a representative calls my mother immediately. Also, the watch band has gone bad about once a year. No problem. A simple notification and a new one is,on the way. I have total confidence in this company and will not switch due to the outstanding customer service.”

“Mobile help gives me peace of mind. My husband who is less than good health wears it all the time. He is home and I'm at work. I know if he falls or gets hurt or can't get out of bed he can press a button and get help. I also like that I will also be notified. I'm very happy with this service.”
