“I have been a member of the MobileHelp family for several years. Although I have not had an emergency, I do check to make sure it is working. I have been very happy with how quickly they answer no matter where I am.”

“Have had MobileHelp for almost a year and Praise God have not had to use it. I am very happy with the wrist buttons, one black, one white and the white mobile base. I also have the Blue Tooth scale and like it very much, only draw back is the voice is too loud when announcing my weight. (HA!) All in all this is a good system for me.”

“While this addressed to Mark Rauchenstein, he has forwarded it on to me, as I am the one using Mobile Help equipment. I have been very satisfied with your service. I am fortunate in as much as I have not had to use it in an emergency situation. It is a comfort for my children to know that I will have help if such a situation should arise.”

“I am so glad that I choose mobile help devise I have hwd it for 3 or more years and what a blessing it was for me because I have been falling for a lot of year's and they are quick to help you very very fast one time my stepson and I was going to California for a holiday and I fell and my son could not pick me up I had my devise on my belt on and immediately Uwhed it and within 5 minutes they came and helped mebthere were more times in the house I fell and they came immediately they were out the fire deptment the ambulance and etc to bad that you guys do not do more advertising than you do May all of you be blessed in the way you handled me yes Mobile help Sincerity Phyllis Rosenthal Blessings always and a PS they arebnotnfor homenor house wereever you go or out driving they are with you alsays I also have life lock with them ???”

“Recently my Mom set off her emergency alarm and Mobile Help quickly responded and dispatched emergency services after they could not contact her. They notified me and my sister (who lives locally 0of the event. I live 3 hours away. The mobile help dispatchers were very good at providing me information as it was available. In addition, they showed genuine concern for her in our conversations. I was very pleased with their response and professionalism. Thankfully, it was a false alarm.”

“I am 78 years old and live alone. I had many falls and before I got MobileHelp I was very worried that I would get hurt and be unable to get to the phone. My son checks on me daily but he was concerned as was my older son who lives out of state. I feel very secure now as I have had a couple of falls and immediately here from Mobilehelp. They are extremely polite even when called by mistake. Thanks for being there, everyone has an easier mind now. Dorothy Turner”

“Always prompt response and very professional. I don't worry as much about my elderly mother falling. WE still have the service even thought she is in assisted living because there are no emergency pull cords in the living room. If she fell and can't reach the cords to pull, she would lay there for a few hours before they would do their "checks" on the residents.”
