“I chose the MobileHelp family to provide monitoring services for my 90-year old father who, while not prepared to give up his independence of living alone and driving alone, was concerned for his well-being if he did have a fall or an emergency situation. Because he does get out and drive alone and is not always close to home, we did choose to get the fall monitor also to provide extra peace of mind for him, as well as myself. While I do check on him daily, there are times when he is alone and having both these monitors has made him feel much more secure. He has accidently activated both monitors and the MobileHelp operators responded very promptly to ascertain if he did have an emergency situation. He informed them that he had set it off accidently and they were most understanding and courteous. It boosted his confidence to know that there was such a quick response. I would recommend the MobileHelp monitor for anyone seeking the security and peace of mind of knowing your loved one is in good hands.”

“This service is "solid as a rock". Very good customer service and very reliable product. My mother is able to live independently because of this product. I researched alert services and none came close to what was offered for the money here.... Great product and a great concept...”

“As my mom was aging, we needed to be sure she was okay and wIthin seconds of help if she needed it. Moble Help was awesome. We could locate her at all times. If she fell, we got a call. If the power went out we got a message. On one occassion, she left the phone off the hook. Mobile Help was able to notify her to place the phone on the hook. Thanks Mobile Help!”

“Living alone it gives me great security to know I can just press the necklace around my neck and there is a voice at the other end-particularly if I fell and couldn't get up. Also I lead an active life and with GPS it goes with me, even if I am walking in the woods alone. Though I have not needed help I have accidentally hit the button and MobileHelp people have always been very nice to me on the phone.”

“We have had the unit for over three years and have used it about a dozen times. It has been very good and responsive to our needs. Most of our needs have been falls. We live in a senior community where the local fire department has a crew of guys that do nothing but help those of us who fall. They are wonderful young men and a pleasure to deal with. All in all, I would say that we feel very protected and it is something that anyone over 50 should look into. We had one for my mother and it was used many times. Keep up the good work!!!!”

“My mother has the Mobile Help system and it is wonderful!!! She has the necklace alarm for when she is working outside or around the house as well as the GPS monitoring system. The company responds quickly to alarms. Just a couple months ago, she accidentally set the alarm off while working in the garden and was pleasantly surprised to have 2 visitors from the company arrive at her home (when she failed to answer her cell phone). It is quite a blessing to have this bc it gives her the confidence to live and explore and do what she wants to do without being fearful of an accident. God Bless you all!!”

“I have been using Mobile Help for sometime now. I have never had to use their service but I feel fortunate to have their service because if I would need them they would come. I just turned 82 and in the next few years I'll be in need of their service. I choose Mobile Help because at the time they were the only ones who had service outside the home, past the mailbox. “My MobileHelp was there at 5:a.m when I needed help. I p ressedthe button. I could not answer the dispatcher but they arrived in short order and I I was on my way to the hhospital where I was diagnosed whith a heart attack. Saved my life”

“I have had excellent service for several years. Quick replacements, & answers to questions. More importantly, rapid response when an emergency happened. About a half hr. later I received a call from them asking if I had received the help of the paramedics. I have and will continue to tell others what an excellent compNy Mobil Help is.”
