I feel that, should I need help, I can depend on Mobile Help to respond immediately. It makes me feel safe.

We live in an area where we can't get most medical alert buttons to work inside our house. So far this one and one other company (which we would never go back too) are the only 2 that work. MobileHelp is a very compact size and very easy to take care of. My wife bought this for me and I didn't like the idea to begin with, after wearing it for a week, I forgot I had it on. The only problem I have is that once in a while the position I have the one piece on my side gets set off by the seat belt in the car. The staff when I've called in with questions or when it accidently goes off are extremely nice and helpful.

I feel SO much better knowing my mother has this device. The ONLY trick is making sure she gets in the habit of bringing it with her. She's used to it now as we've had it for several years. I can't be with her every minute of the day and this is extra security.

Have never had an emergency or need to use your services. However it is good to know that you are there if needed.

I ORDERED THIS FOR MY MOTHER. SO FAR WE HAVEN'HAD TO USE IT. BUT I RECOMMEND IT TO MY NEIGHBOR AND IT WORKS WONDERFUL.

Fortunately I have not had to use Mobile Help. However, my daughter has used it and gotten the help she needed. A friend that had gotten Mobile Help on my recommendation had a fall and broke her neck. Mobile Help got her the help she needed and she is now doing well. I do more things around the house and go more places because I know that I can call for help if need be.

Exactly what I was looking for -- protection at home and away. It does require a learning period of remembering to take the away from home part with me, but well that for the extended protection.

I feel very much safer since being covered by MobileHelp. They respond quickly and are always happy to know it was a "false alarm!" of which there are quite a few, since my husband has dementia and sets off his pendant easily! Highly recommend having protection which is available, over a wide geographical area. Mary J

I have not needed to use my Mobile Help unit, but I can move about without concern, knowing I am protected. I hope to not use it, but am pleased that it is there for me. I love it that I am protected, even away from home. Thank you for my peace of mind.

The times I needed assistance for my husband, Mobile Help responded within seconds. The rescue squad showed up very quickly. Our local police even called to verify the extent of our emergency in case they, also, needed to assist us. I, also, like the idea of having the base at home and carrying the remote GPS with us on our away from home trips.

VERY SATISFIED. I MUST NOT HAVE BEEN PAYING GOOD ATTENTION WHEN YOU ASKED ME WHO TO NOTIFY AND THE RESPONSE WAS "911". I SHOULD HAVE HAD YOU CONTACT OUR SECURITY DEPARTMENT 415 492 4910 HERE WHO WOULD CHECK MY APARTMENT FIRST, CALL 911 IF NECESSARY AND THEN NOTIFY YOU EITHER WAY. AS IT WAS MY CAT SET OFF THE ALARM PRESUMABLY SO 911 MADE AN UNNECESSARY CALL. THANK YOU FOR YOUR GOOD SERVICE.

We contracted MobileHelp for my Mother who is still in very good health but lives independently. I am the first on the list of whom to contact because I live nearest to her. For this reason, I am comforted knowing that she has access to assistance or medical attention resulting from a simple press of a button. One can never guess when this might be a life saver. I am comforted knowing that I am one of the first to mobilize with assistance from an operator answering the triggering of the service. I like the practicality of the room intercom that can be activated and spoken to from most anywhere inside her apartment. Fortunately we have never had to use MobileHelp but we test it randomly and the service appears to be relatively quick to answer.

I am very satisfied I am sorry you don't post an excellent rating as I would use that instead of very good. I wear the "necklace" all the time. I am recovering from a broken him and it is a comfort to me that I can get immediate help if I need it. I really made the right choice when I picked Mobile Help Joan Sullivan

Mobile Help is very affordable & they really monitor. I have had several calls because I have dropped my watchlike bracelet, which appeared to be a fall.
