“Thankfully we have not had to utilize the service since getting it in July 2016, however, each time we have contacted customer service, they have been nothing but professional and if they didn't know the answer to a question they obtained it right away while I was on the phone with them. My Mother currently has the Mobile device with the pendants, however, after a fall last week, she is now going to be receiving the FALL detection pendant. She did not push her button when she fell because she was worried about scaring me if Mobile Help or first responders were the ones to call me before she was able to notify me. She has been better educated on the system and now knows that her safety is our concern...not me worrying. Thank you Mobile Help and especially Samantha who assisted us today!”

“Mobile Help has been good for us. With this service we are a lot more at ease. My mom has been using for about a year now and luckily we haven't had to use it yet but know that help it there if needed.”

“I used to have a "medical alert" necklace that was part of my home burglar alarm system when I became afraid of falling when working out in my yard while my husband was at work. The signal only went as far as my mail box, which didn't help me if I wanted to go for a walk around the block or to the park. I used to be an independent person, and enjoyed walking for exercise. I read about MobileHelp and decided to give it a try. What freedom! My husband and I went for a weekend away and were so delighted it works wherever we go. I am diabetic and have mobility problems now, and was getting more and more tied to the house. With my MobileHelp "buddy" in my pocket, I feel safe to go out and do things on my own again!”

“I am 92 years old and live alone. ALtough I live in a small circle of retired people there is no one within calling distance. ANd I have no relatives in town. WHile I am not bed ridden I am not as frisky as I once was! I feel much safer having my call button to wear when I am up and about! ALso the stationary monitor stands ready near my bathroom should I need to talk to their home base. I highly recommend their service and my children are glad I have it! “I have been unduly impressed with the service and response time provided by MobileHelp. On three occasions I inadvertently pressed the help button. The response was instantaneous. On one occasion, when unable to reach me, a family member and neighbor were alerted. I am pleased to be a part of team MobileHelp. Dallas”

“Only had one interaction. While in bedroom making up bed & wearing wrist unit prior to going out (pendant was on dresser), I heard voices in distance as if outside (have utilities service station behind property). Checked to find nobody there, then phone rang. It was Mobile help calling to see if I needed help. Told them I was alright. I appreciate effort to contact by phone before sending help. Base unit is in living room & evidently movement of my arm triggered a signal & the voices I heard were coming from the base unit. Monthly testing of equipment is easy & clearly guided.”

“I chose the MobileHelp family to provide monitoring services for my 90-year old father who, while not prepared to give up his independence of living alone and driving alone, was concerned for his well-being if he did have a fall or an emergency situation. Because he does get out and drive alone and is not always close to home, we did choose to get the fall monitor also to provide extra peace of mind for him, as well as myself. While I do check on him daily, there are times when he is alone and having both these monitors has made him feel much more secure. He has accidently activated both monitors and the MobileHelp operators responded very promptly to ascertain if he did have an emergency situation. He informed them that he had set it off accidently and they were most understanding and courteous. It boosted his confidence to know that there was such a quick response. I would recommend the MobileHelp monitor for anyone seeking the security and peace of mind of knowing your loved one is in good hands.”

“This service is "solid as a rock". Very good customer service and very reliable product. My mother is able to live independently because of this product. I researched alert services and none came close to what was offered for the money here.... Great product and a great concept...”

“As my mom was aging, we needed to be sure she was okay and wIthin seconds of help if she needed it. Moble Help was awesome. We could locate her at all times. If she fell, we got a call. If the power went out we got a message. On one occassion, she left the phone off the hook. Mobile Help was able to notify her to place the phone on the hook. Thanks Mobile Help!”

“Living alone it gives me great security to know I can just press the necklace around my neck and there is a voice at the other end-particularly if I fell and couldn't get up. Also I lead an active life and with GPS it goes with me, even if I am walking in the woods alone. Though I have not needed help I have accidentally hit the button and MobileHelp people have always been very nice to me on the phone.”

“We have had the unit for over three years and have used it about a dozen times. It has been very good and responsive to our needs. Most of our needs have been falls. We live in a senior community where the local fire department has a crew of guys that do nothing but help those of us who fall. They are wonderful young men and a pleasure to deal with. All in all, I would say that we feel very protected and it is something that anyone over 50 should look into. We had one for my mother and it was used many times. Keep up the good work!!!!”
