My wife recently gave MobileHelp a trial. Everything was as expected, a positive experience all around, but she felt it wasn’t for her right now. When she’s ready we’ll be back! We had paid for a year’s subscription and were refunded in full.

Great product and service is wonderful. Monitoring is great, she banged the unit against the clothes washer and they called to make sure she was okay. Best thing she's gotten in years.

My 92 year old mom lives with me & MobileHelp has given her the confidence to venture outside while I'm away at work. It gives me peace of mind that she has a way to easily call for help should she need it! Thanks MobileHelp!

I like the ease in which to order and receive the product. I also needed a little bit of assistance to set it up and received immediate help over the phone to do so.

I purchased this unit for my older brother, who is 84. He and his wife, who is 83, live in their home alone. He has fallen several times and due to his size found it difficult to regain his footing. This device relieves a lot of worry on their part and their Son's part. There have been a few false alarms which he immediately canceled. The unit is working well Thank You

I ordered and wore the Help appliance. Too bulky and sensitive. Called company and no problenm sending back Refund due as within 30 days. Sounded so accommodating and helpful. I sent back with info sent me. Had to pay as instructions directed to ups too difficult for me to reach. Then I get different mailing labels, and again more. I cannot find a refund on my charge card. I hope your business is not a scam to take advantage of the elderly. I cannot get a different help service until I get a refund You should give instructions to followed in your first letter. I feel frightened that you are just another company taking advantage of the elderly and isolated. If I am mistaken please let me know when refund will be given.

The first several times my father in law had to use his device it worked awesome... today however was a totally different situation. My husband and I are both first responders and heard the page for ems to go to my father in laws address.....we were there for 12 minutes BEFORE they even called his number and half an hour before the team got the text that he had fallen.

The family got this for my mother in law. We have not had to use it yet, but it did set up easily. My frustration is trying to get into my account to add/change information. Tried to reset password, and no email reset was sent.

First button malfunctioned. Hoping new one will work. Have to wait WAY too long to talk to a Tech person. They never did call back as I was told they would.. I had to call again in the a.m. Everyone I spoke to was very nice but button has to work to be trusted.

I switched several months ago from a unit that only worked in the home. Since I have very poor balance, Mobile Help provides safety in my home and anywhere outside the home. The unit is also safe to wear in the shower and not stuck on the wall. The unit is somewhat large, but you get used to it. Customer Service was very helpful.

My husband and I are new users of the MobileDUO. I have had to contact Technical Support on a couple of occasions and they were very courteous and helpful. Everyone I have spoken to since enrolling with MobileHeip have been understanding.

I had only had my MobileHelp about a week when I fell and broke my arm. Someone was there for me immediately and they had an ambulance to me within 10 minutes. Saved me much suffering!!!!
