First of all, I like the sense of security I now have for less than $1.27 a day. Next, I have caused the "Fall Alert" to activate 3 or 4 times in the 3 months I have been using MobileHelp, it activated once when I leaned over to pick up a magazine on the floor and straightened up quickly and it bumped against my chest. Every time it activated an operator was talking to me in 5 or 6 seconds and one time when I didn't respond quickly to state I was ok in less than 30 seconds MobileHelp was ringing my phone. I am very pleased to be using their service.

My experience with MobileHelp from my initial phone call to the present time has been exceptional. The registration process was explained and easy to complete. I have called with questions and always received a pleasant voice to help me. I would highly recommend MobileHelp. Bottom Line - I feel secure having same!

Not enough info for beginners on husband and wife both having a unit..I found out thtold to me when I called customer service and at a message sent from my husband if I was more than 300 feet would not come in my phone This was explained and since we are new at this I was glad to know this Thanks

My first experience on the phone when I called to get information was very helpful. The first thing I was asked was, "Do you have a pacemaker?". I do have a pacemaker and I felt very secure in the fact that it was the first thing considered in helping me get the correct medical help equipment. I have been using it for about a month now and am very happy with it. Whenever I call to ask questions or to check that everything is working properly, everyone I have spoken to has been very helpful and pleasant to talk to.

They have been very responsive and helpful, just wish the battery was longer lasting. Having to charge every few days.

I helped my mom order one and decided to order one for myself since we are both widows. We both have accidentally set it off and the response time is EXCELLENT!!! It has proven to make us both feel safer about being alone at times. My mom is 86 and I am 66 and that is a real comfort knowing in case of emergency help is on the way.

Absolutely love MobilHelp! Biggest bang for your money without breaking the bank. Bought for my mother with Alzheimer's. Their service is dependable and gives me peace of mind.

Wonderful gives me peace of mind I can leave hubby while running an errand he falls a lot knowing help is on the way.They notefi me right away The people are very nice and patience with you if you accidently hit the button.Works like a charm You will be very happy with MobileHelp worth every penny

Excellent customer service, reasonable price. Response time is slightly delayed but only by a minute or so. Equipment is very user-friendly.

I do not like that my son was contacted just because my battery was (so called low). Also because my battery was low after less than 2 days, was that the manual says 4 days.
