First button malfunctioned. Hoping new one will work. Have to wait WAY too long to talk to a Tech person. They never did call back as I was told they would.. I had to call again in the a.m. Everyone I spoke to was very nice but button has to work to be trusted.

My wife, the user, has been in a nursing facility since we got your service. We hope to have her home in a month or so and will then evaluate the service

I was very pleased with the help and information that Mobile Help gave me. I am not a tech savvy person. They were very patient with me all during the call.

I switched several months ago from a unit that only worked in the home. Since I have very poor balance, Mobile Help provides safety in my home and anywhere outside the home. The unit is also safe to wear in the shower and not stuck on the wall. The unit is somewhat large, but you get used to it. Customer Service was very helpful.

My husband and I are new users of the MobileDUO. I have had to contact Technical Support on a couple of occasions and they were very courteous and helpful. Everyone I have spoken to since enrolling with MobileHeip have been understanding.

I had only had my MobileHelp about a week when I fell and broke my arm. Someone was there for me immediately and they had an ambulance to me within 10 minutes. Saved me much suffering!!!!

First of all, I like the sense of security I now have for less than $1.27 a day. Next, I have caused the "Fall Alert" to activate 3 or 4 times in the 3 months I have been using MobileHelp, it activated once when I leaned over to pick up a magazine on the floor and straightened up quickly and it bumped against my chest. Every time it activated an operator was talking to me in 5 or 6 seconds and one time when I didn't respond quickly to state I was ok in less than 30 seconds MobileHelp was ringing my phone. I am very pleased to be using their service.

My experience with MobileHelp from my initial phone call to the present time has been exceptional. The registration process was explained and easy to complete. I have called with questions and always received a pleasant voice to help me. I would highly recommend MobileHelp. Bottom Line - I feel secure having same!

Not enough info for beginners on husband and wife both having a unit..I found out thtold to me when I called customer service and at a message sent from my husband if I was more than 300 feet would not come in my phone This was explained and since we are new at this I was glad to know this Thanks

My first experience on the phone when I called to get information was very helpful. The first thing I was asked was, "Do you have a pacemaker?". I do have a pacemaker and I felt very secure in the fact that it was the first thing considered in helping me get the correct medical help equipment. I have been using it for about a month now and am very happy with it. Whenever I call to ask questions or to check that everything is working properly, everyone I have spoken to has been very helpful and pleasant to talk to.

I helped my mom order one and decided to order one for myself since we are both widows. We both have accidentally set it off and the response time is EXCELLENT!!! It has proven to make us both feel safer about being alone at times. My mom is 86 and I am 66 and that is a real comfort knowing in case of emergency help is on the way.
