“being new I have had to make a few calls. I have found the agents very helpful and understanding. I had a different kind before and Mobilehelp beats them in customer courtesy and patients. I have never had any customer service this wonderful. I cannot say enough good about them.”

“My father in law has been using the service for the past month. There have been a couple of false alerts but they were handled quickly & efficently. We fee sucker knowing that we will be notified if anything happens. We are very happy with Mobile Help & our experience with their service personnel.”

“After looking at numerous systems, concerned with the support that my parents would receive when I wasn't around - I chose Mobilehelp. I chose from their consistent Good Reviews and High Ratings. I have been nothing but pleased so far! Technical support was excellent with walking my parents thru the set-up process and when I arrived - the process was completed. My Dad had his wristband on, and my Mom was Happy! Daughter, Mary”

“I am very pleased with the ease of setting up the needed materials and easy instructions to get my system working . I do have some difficulty bending the clasp on my remote monitor far enough to get it over my waist band. I am hoping that the more I use it the easier it will get.”

“Hard to write a review because the item works fine but I called the customer service and told to push nine and I would get a call back, Did that after 2 hrs no call back, so called on my cell phone never got a call back on either phone and after a day I was on the site and the chat come up. Amber could not figure out what went wrong, not one phone but two, she put me through to Michael in tech dept and he was great, helped me immediately So they better figure out what is wrong with their press nine and get a return call because you DO NOT> The system is VG so I want to rate it a five but because of the experience with customer call back I will give it a four”
