“Although it takes a long time to get through on the phone (40 minutes for my call - was black friday weekend), the person on the phone was great. Received iPhone which was faulty, called again and they resolved the issue. My previous contract was through mobiles.co.uk and did not have any trouble for the past 2 years and the deals they provide for o2 are much better than through o2 itself.”

“Good processing from start to finish at no issues either. Beat deal by a mile on uSwitch as well. Just the delivery was annoying as DPD allow to have a parcel dropped off at a parcel ship locally but this wasn't available on this delivery so collecting was a pain.”
