I am still waiting for a member of your team to come back to me. I was assured on the phone that the phone being sent to me was a NEW one but when it arrived it is a refurbished one shaking around in a broken random cardboard box. When I phoned to complain I was assured they wouldlisten to the recorded phone conversation when I ordered the phone and come back to me within 5 working days but I have heard nothing since last Tuesday. I intend to cancel the order and have the refurbished phone picked up immediately. This is a dishonest and disgusting way to treat a customer

Absolutely disgusting returns policy. AVOID!! If they will lose money they will do every thing to avoid you getting a refund. Look else where. You will be screwed!!!

Not only did it take ages confirming my details to get my phone - which I had to enter more than three times. But since getting my phone on Tuesday it hasn't worked. I was sent a SIM that didn't work, that wasn't activated and then when I rang up asking why my phone didn't work I was told it was vodafones problem and that they had established connection. I was told someone from your team would make sure they were in touch everyday - no one was. I had to ring up again on Thursday because still my phone wasn't working which I was told they would manually activate the sim because it still wasn't activated - meaning the person I spoke to on Tuesday lied to me. Charlie, the guy I spoke with on Thursday, said he would be in touch if there was a problem but never was so I rang up again on the Friday after going to a Vodafone shop and being informed it wasn't Vodafone having the problem it was you. I was sent a new SIM card to my work and to my house which is very confusing knowing which one to use to activate my phone!!!! It is now Saturday my phone still doesn't work. The customer service is abysmal, the simplist of tasks (having an activated SIM card!!!!!!!! For a new phone) wasn't done properly, overall so incompetent at doing your job - if you sell mobile phone contracts for a living you'd think you would know how to do it properly. So poor would never recommend would rather pay more money every month then have to deal with this situation. Absolute crap!!!!

Refurb phone was faulty - speaker not working. Dealt with swiftly by customer services but shouldn't have happened in the first place.

Terrible service from the first two weeks onwards my Internet service as been intermittent at best ..O2 will not accept any responsibility for this .I have tried several different simcards .my 3gb of data runs out the same day every month 2 weeks into the month wether im using it or not . Whereas my old contract 1gb would last a month ..It is almost impossible to reclaim my cashbook offered I will avoid both these companies on the future

Nothing much to say. Works. But for a flagship mobile phone it is not as good as the Microsoft 640XL which is miles cheaper. Disappointed with it. Mobiles.Co.UK can I return please?

iPhone 6 delivered Thursday morning, it's now sat afternoon and I'm still not connected to new network. All attempts to resolve the situation have led me to being placed in a queue on the phone from voda phone. Cannot make contact with mobiles.co.il at all. Very poor service but can't get hold of anyone to tell them so at the moment. If this is read I would appreciate a call back

Phone arrived on time. But as upgraded from 4s to 5s on Vodafone, needed new sim as 5s has micro sim. Went to Vodafone to get a new sim and did sim swap online, 30 hrs later phones still not swapped over. Vodafone online chat blames this lot who are difficult to speak to and charge 13p per minute for the privilege of joining a queue. Won't be a returning customer.

Called their service department on the pone for 35mins at 13 pence per minute for simple request and complained and requested my phone charges to returned which in fairness they did but only after threatening to cancel phone order and speaking to three people

Disappointed im afraid. Ordered online very straight forward, entered existing phone number for change over and yet it was treated as a new contract and we've now got two numbers two bills and a 30day waiting period for the old contract

I ordered my phone through mobiles .co.uk. I had to book a day off work to be able to accept the delivery as they only deliver 9 to 5 Monday to Friday and I work full time. After the phone was delivered I discovered that it didn't work so I called them and they said they would need to arrange to collect it as they wouldn't let me take it to a store to be exchanged. I was unable to take anymore time off work so I arranged to have it collected from work which never happened. After many more phone calls being placed on hold for upto 40 minutes this was arranged again to be picked up from work but again no one came to pick it up. After more phone calls again at my expense I agreed to send the phone back by recorded delivery which I was told would be refunded to me but never was. After trying to register a complaint but not been allowed to speak to a manager as I had requested, it was agreed that they would deliver the new phone to my local car phone wear house store. I would never use them again and would definately not recommend them to anyone else.

I was miss sold an iphone 6 and given the wrong information on transferring my existing number to 02 my current provider. Carphone warehouse sorted the situation out, as mobiles.co.uk were not bothered, as long as they received the phone back. Very unhappy customer.

O2 usually allow their customer’s to ‘migrate’ their mobile number from one O2 contract to another, so it is something we regularly advise that can be done. Took the contract out as I was promised by your staff "capped charges", but when I try to get confirmation details on CAPPED CHARGE Contract. It turned out to be not CAPPED CONTRACT AT ALL. Not appreciated being told the lie to get SALES! as a consequences I had to cancel my contract. Wasting lots of my time!

rubbish service, 13p per minute to speak to anyone, courier lied about delivery and phone was stolen by courier. terrible experience would not send out replacement phone, had to cancel order.

The mobile phone you delivered to me was faulty and had to call and held for over 15mins@ 13p a min to get through to your customer services department. As a new customer, I found the whole experience very stressful and quiet appalling!
