I paid extra to ensure that the phone would be delivered before 10am on the designated day. On the day in question I stayed home from work but guess what the phone didn't arrive before 10am!! Not happy

Delivered right phone, with wrong sim card with no way of contacting them! Can only engage via online "my account" area which if they send the wrong sim (and phone number) you can't log on to. I can't speak to anyone to return the phone or sim to - useless.

Hello Lisa, Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear the wrong sim card was sent with your order. The networks are now issuing multi sim which contain all three sizes of sim card. If your handset uses the standard sim then nothing further is required. If it’s a micro sim then you’ll need to push out the micro sim out from the standard sim. If you required a Nano sim then this will need to be pushed out of the Micro sim. All the sim cards are within the larger sim card. I’ve tried to call you to discuss this further but I was unable to get through to you. Please could you provide a best time and contact number so I can call you and discuss this further? When I Recieved phone it was broken!... Sent back day later by courier. 5 days later told no phones in stock. Even though I had contacted them after 2 days I was given no indication of lack of stock. Will not use this company again

7 days now since rceiving my phone and still no service. I have spent hours on the phone trying to get someone to own the issue and sort it and call me back. I have been passed from vodka phone to car phone warehouse to mobile.co.uk, each blaming the other and as time passes, I still have no service. I bought the phone to use on holiday. It is 6 days on and I am out of the UK with still no service. It has been an appalling experience and I would strongly recommend you do not use this company. I will now be cancelling my direct debit. My most recent exchange led to someone from mobiles.co.uk promising to call me back as I explained in my 10th call the terrible experience I was continuing to have. No surprise he didn't. Appalling. Do not use.

This information is incorrect and I was sold on the phone under false pretences. Ordered a phone for next day delivery. Ok fine. The sim didn't work immediately but I was told that it can take up to 48 hours to register. After waiting 48 hours it still hadn't activated. Called them and told that the sim wasn't working because of some back office processing issues. The sim order would have to be resubmitted and this would take up to 5 working days to be sent out. So after a week I still have a non functioning phone. Very poor.

Rubbish Impossible to commute with anyone! You sent me two phones, I only ordered one ! You no doubt will charge me for two! No e-mail reply system! You want me to ring up and charge me a fortune, you a joke rip off merchants please do something other than rake the money in. Is there any one there?

The customer service advisor sold me a iPhone 6 promised me a case which has never turned up. I have left it several weeks and nothing. Very disappointed as I have opted to stay with the company for a further 2 years

I was really disappointed that I have to pay my full monthly bill then claim it back in lumps .I was under the impression it was £9.50 coming from my back every month so at £26 its now going to be difficult .this was the reason I went with you instead of staying with my original phone . unfair wording in contract !!

On mmy first dealings with mobiles.co.uk all appeared to be professional and very helpful howeverduring my 14 day cooling off period my phone signal was not as I would expect so decided that I would end my contract and still pursue a phone via mobiles.co.uk and took out another contract. To my disgust I was told that I could not end the contract due to the fact that I had put my Sim card in the phone. How on earth could I know how the signal was unless I put the Sim card in the phone? Even as a goodwill gesture mobiles.co.uk would not let me end the contract with O2 even though they could see from my order history that I was serious about having an iPhone 6 from mobiles.co.uk. I found the whole process very draining and as a deputy headteacher I could not spend any more time on this matter at the time. I understand the policy is policy however I was still within my 14 days cooling off period and felt that I had a legitimate reason for ending the contract. I have since sought advice from the citizens advice bureau and you were in fact wrong and that I could've ended my contract. I am very unhappy with the situation. I realise there is probably nothing we can do now but I do want to logged that I am extremely unsatisfied with the service I have received. I wish to also comment on gaining and getting advice from mobiles.co.uk as to which contract to take out I said that I did not want to pay more than £32 a month. However when my first bill appeared this month it is £32.50 plus VAT which is over £37 a month way more than I wanted to pay. I appear that I am coming across as a very stroppy customer however I am not like this and very rarely complain but I do want it noted that I feel that mobiles.co.uk have really let me down I will not be using them in the future I would love to hear a managers response to this feedback. I got a new Sony Xperia Z3 compact less than a month ago, and it has broken twice already in that period. the screen has cracked and become unresponsive TWICE, just sitting in my pocket. Apparently, this counts as "normal wear and tear", which is not covered by the warranty. so ive had to pay nearly £300 all together, in about 4 weeks to get it fixed. im not even a month into a 24 month contract which is a disgrace! this will be the last time i shop with you!!
