Apparently I can win an IPad! Yea right as if never once heard anyone been given a prize, has anyone? please let me know to correct me! But these thieves are a ripoff, I was shocked in phoning through on a premium rate and with 30minutes worth of waiting just to speak to someone, then found on another webpage forum that's there's a normal 0150 number which costs is cheap with no waiting at all! Pathetic, robbing like that just discuss me seriously considering leaving! If I did that I would be in prison! Why are these theiving people allowed to do this! They should be wearing a mask and wear a striped black and white jumper! As for the competition for writing a review, talk about lies they put Pinocchio's nose to shame with their lying! Dangle a carrot in front of hard working class people to see if they can have something, seriously! And another thing does anyone else know that this company is carphonewarehouse? I didn't until 02 told me there's another lie and that company in itself is corrupt! politicians sometimes look at carphonewarehouse and say "we're not that bad are we" That's all I can say!

I'm still waiting for a decision on my declined contract that Vodafone have agreed to. Never been treated so badly by a business who's staff try the best to uphold the companies lack of process and customer service. I've never followed through on a. Complaint previously however on this occasion I will not this will go.

Uncertainty about the order placed until I was informed that the phone was being dispatched. Sent through DPD who provide an excellent service. The phone arrived but was not the upgrade I had expected having spent 3 hours on the phone to Vodafone then a call to mobiles.co.uk I had to phone as the online log in would not accept my details, the calls cost 13p per minute and I had to wait several minutes to speak to someone. Certainly not customer focussed, very unhelpful and offered no solution to my problem until I said I was cancelling the order this was met by a "if I throw in free accessories will you keep the handset" but due to her attitude I rejected the offer. Phone returned at my expense (£8.55), loyalty counts for nothing in this buisness, I've just taken out two additional contracts with carphone warehouse but once these expire it'll be goodbye from me nor will I bless Vodafone with my custom either. My advice is stay clear, customer service is Extreamly poor on all levels.

Was told it would be delivered on Monday 30 Nov. got a txt to say delivery on Saturday 28 Nov. It was not delivered to home address but office where on 1Dec. I am not always there. It was delivered yesterday and tried to set it up with my PAC code from previous provider but was told by customer services to go to local shop as they can not do it . No information came with the phone or the new number so very dispointed as I now have to find the local shop and then get it working.

I have tried to contact you this afternoon but unfortunately you were unavailable. The mobile number you have been allocated is printed on the Sim card and on your invoice. I ordered a new phone as an upgrade and I received a new number , I queried this to be told I had to have the new number , even though I had clearly entered the number on the form that I want to keep. I called on the rather expensive customer service number they use and explained I did not want to proceed. I was told I could not have a refund of what I paid for the phone until it was returned, how can I return something I never had. They checked and confirmed it had not been delivered but when it was I should call to arrange a collection. How ludicrous don't send it and then I don't need to return it . A couple of days past and I chased again for the refund and the story changes to it has been delivered , they do admit it has not gone to the address on my original order but again they can't issue a refund il until I return it , how can I , I haven't received it. This is now becoming an ongoing saga and they just don't seem to have a clue as to what they are doing

Mobiles UK do not disclose what they are checking. I selected several phones to find out what they would cost but only purchased two, one for each child. What I didn't know was that they would credit check you for everything in your basket ! Be very careful to remove these as it affects your credit score even though they tell it wont. This is possibly a breach of trading standards and when confronted they told me there was nothing I or they could do. I would not recommend these brokers. I would go to a shop and get a face to face service where you know what is going on.

I had good very good professional service when I ordered from mobile.co.uk .Within some few hour my order was approved and I received my phone the next day. A number was requested to be transfered across onto the new contract. I have had no response or guidance on this. Sought some guidance from Vodafone who told me to populate a form online. I did this but still the number hasn't crossed over. Currently waiting to speak to vodafone and it has been 20 minutes. Absolutely disgusting service.

Well I ordered my phone a week ago and still don't have it. I was initially given the option to have my parcel delivered to a neighbour which I selected and had confirmed via text as I was not going to be in. Instead of delivering it to my neighbour, the delivery guy just put a slip through my door and I got a text telling me it wasn't delivered as I wasn't in- which of course I knew as I wasn't at home. Then they took to to some far away depot which I couldn't get to to pick it up. My only option was to get it delivered to the neighbour again- which I didn't think was worth trying as it never worked the first time, despite being confirmed. So I ended up paying £5 for a Saturday delivery, I have a timeslot of 8am-5pm so I now have to spend my whole Saturday sat waiting for my phone and I can't even have a shower in case I miss him! Update at 4pm- I've now been told they won't deliver at all today so I am paying for a mobile contract I don't have. If it doesn't arrive tomorrow I will cancel my whole order for the phone. You need to use a better delivery company.

Trying to claim cash back rewards is a complete mystery, Finding and uploading the right bill is a mine field, I pay by direct debit so you would think it would be automatic on due dates, Avoid this and go for a genuine deal

Had no end of problems with one of the phones purchases, then a fault appeared on the other phone, on 2 separate occasions I was told I would receive a call back within 24hrs and to this day I'm still waiting ?

Initial contact excellent, phone delivered a week ago. All good. Then it turns out I've been issued a number already in use. So am patiently waiting for my replacement sim (1 week) and now had my first bill with rental for this period. Which 02 can't sort as I've got incorrect details. So overall quick to take details, not quick to help out. Tried to call but have had wait times in excess of 25 minutes. Not a very happy customer!

I believed I was upgrading my contract, when I inserted the sim with the new phone it had a different number so I contacted ee. It turned out I had been issued a brand new contract on ee. When I contacted ee to port my number they wouldn't and infact they wanted nothing to do with me. They told me to contact buy mobiles and request my upgrade contract. Not easy to do as it is almost impossible to locate a phone number for buy mobiles and even then staff proved unable to help other than that I was told by the agent to take the phone and sim back to a carphonewarehouse shop and get a refund and order an upgrade contract. I tried to do this but the carphonewarehouse shop could not accept a return of goods it did not sell. I was advised by the agent there to buy a payasyougo sim for another provider, port my number to it, then 24 hours later port it again from there to the new ee contract. I'm still in the process. Not the ideal way to get an upgrade. I would be very wary of this company in the future.

I have tried to contact you this morning but unfortunately you were unavailable. Unfortunately customers are unable to directly transfer their mobile number from T-Mobile or Orange to EE is they haven’t upgraded. Therefore customers are asked to port their number to a PAYG Sim with an alternative network and then port the number back to EE. I appreciate how inconvenient this process may be, however this is currently the only process in place to rectify this issue. It was difficult buying a product online as the system didn't recognise my email address as a valid email. I had to buy the product over the phone. This caused a delay which left me with 3 days without my usual mobile number - i.e. uncontactable. Furthermore when I've registered for an account on mobile.co.uk it keeps taking me to a login page to verify my account. I keep going round in circles. It's appalling and I'd like someone to contact me about this.

1 - The website apparently does not accept VISA Debit Cards? 2 - When you call their premium number to order, they keep you on hold for 2 hours to milk money out of you. 3 - They then sent me a broken phone. 4 - They then tried to shift blame to the network, and flat out lied as the network was able to prove that they were talking rubbish. 5 - They then expected me to take a day off work and wait in all day so their courier can collect the phone, but refused to send me a working to sort it out. I am now contacting trading standards. I honestly don't know how this company is in business
