Terrible overall service. Phone arrived on time but was faulty, customer services refused to replace it and have since been ignoring or rejecting follow-up communications. Update: Funny enough after ignoring my emails for a few months they call me immediately after posting this review. Unfortunately no progress whatsoever and they just keep repeating the same message, blaming the manufacturer who can't do anything about it. Shame after being a happy customer for nearly a decade I now have to take them to court since nobody seems willing or able to provide me with a handset that works as advertised. But I guess how a company deals with things when they go wrong is exactly what separates the good from the bad... and I definitely won't be returning to these guys again!

I purchased 2 phones through Quidco but mobiles.co.uk refused to pay the cashback on either phone. I won't be recommending mobiles.co.uk nor will I be using them again!

I made a purchase of HTC Desire 610, 24 months contract with O2 and free Samsung camera as a gift. Phone has arrived as promised, but no O2 sim card and camera until now. Customer service sent me directly to O2, who informed that this purchase was not activated but mobiles.co.uk. Mobiles.co.uk provide me with Inadequate answers to my questions. I am in the process of deciding to terminate this contract.

Had my phone for five days unable to make calls or receive texts. Told mobiles.co.uk of problem and assured me this would be resolved, two days on still in the same situation.

On Friday 28/11/14, ordered new phone online - Sony experia Z3 compact, 24 month O2 contract, £18pm with 500 free mins, 500MB, unlimited texts and in addition £49.99 fee to include a pair of white Sony headphones worth £99.99. Received confirmation email of order 77873236. Little later received 2 texts asking "Is everything OK? Your transaction was not completed". Followed this up on Monday 01/11/14 and was advised to verify delivery address. I checked using order number given and amended delivery details to 93 Woodhall Crescent, Hornchurch RM11 3NZ. (Original address was 1 Stanley Villas, Highsted Valley, Rodmersham, Kent ME9 0AB) Phone was to be delivered on Thursday 04/11/14, however it was delivered to the wrong address, so I had to make a 108 mile roundtrip to collect it from my old house. Discovered that there were no headphones in package. Sent email on 05/12/14 reconfirming new address in Hornchurch and informing you of the missing item. Received reply from Abbie on 11/12/14 stating that she had arranged delivery of the headphones to my new address,tomorrow (12/12/14) and that DPD would SMS and and email confirming 1 hr delivery slot and finished by hoping I would enjoy the headphones. 15/12/14 - still had not received headphones, no message from DPD. 18/12/14 Scott answered that my ongoing query had been resolved by Abbie already. This is incorrect, since I still have not received the headphones to date, 30/12/14. I am extremely dissastisfied with your service and still await the headphones.

When placing the order my smartphone was in stock, on completion of the order I it was not!! When the smartphone arrived they supplied an incorrect SIM

I have found the whole experience of ordering a Sony Experia plus Galaxy Tab and Bluetooth Groovez headphones to be a terrible ordeal from start to finish. I had to make several calls after ordering online to even acknowledge that my order had been confirmed. Then the phone arrived without the free gifts. Another set of calls promised the Tablet on the following day. Needless to say it did not arrive. Another call established that the tablet had not been sent out and the headphones were out of stock. The tablet did then arrive, to which I thank Holly whom I had spoken to in customer services. I then received an e-mail to state that the headphones were not being re-stocked and offering to send me less than fifty percent of their retail value as compensation. I find this pretty insulting however the final straw was to go onto the Mobiles.co.uk website today, only to find that they still have an offer which includes the same headphones I have been told will not be re-stocked. The service from this company is shambolic and they should be avoided if you want happy kids at Christmas. I mistakingly thought that sorting my initial order out on 29 November would be enough time...... apparently not.

Absolutely diabolical. I would never use your company again and I will make sure that I tell anyone who asks never to use you either. When will you be refunding the money into my bank account which you have already taken? Not to mention the money and time wasted on the phone.

got my mobile super fast however a breakdown between mobiles and o2 led to failure of my correct data useage. 3 trips to o2 shop and over 4 hours in total on o2 chat and still not fixed. then it was cutoff awaiting a new simcard as rather than start me on a new contract they upgraded my old one that should have been cancelled. email to head of o2 yet again so not sure whos at fault but its not my fault and i am one that suffered

The service I have received from mobiles.co.uk has been absolutely appalling! My phone turned up faulty, once returned it has taken over 10 days for a replacement to arrive despite many phone calls to customer services and promises it has been dispatched and will arrive soon. Numerous email have been exchanged where similar promises have been made. Would recommend U avoids this company at all costs!

Absolute pants! Particularly the delivery service DPD! Although DPD emails me a date for me to collect, they decided to send it back to Carphone WH without telling me, then Carphone warehouse agreed to send to alternative address and now I have found they cancelled the order (via O2). Just abysmal!
