I wanted a Motorola Moto X 2nd Generation but have been sent the old model Generation 1 and am now being told I have no redress!! Very poor selling and even worse customer support. This companies motto in their Google advert is "The Home to the Latest Smartphones?" obviously untrue.

I ordered a phone on 8th November. Unfortunately, I put the wrong sort code on my details so I received an email to phone with the correct one. I did this a couple of days later. I was then promised ( both by email and phone) my new mobile to be delivered within a couple of days. However, here we are on 21st November and still no mobile!! I have phoned at least 4 times and emailed a further 2/3 times but have had no answer to my question which is "where is my new mobile". The cost of phone calls are at least £1 a time. I feel not only frustrated but also that I am being constantly ripped off. Altogether I am not a happy bunny!!!!

I ordered 2 iphone 5c mobile phones(1 pink and 1 blue}. They arrived 17 November by post.i The pink phone connected immediately. The blue phone could not connect as the activation server is temporarily unavailable. I have contacted yourselves by email 3 times and have had no response! II also visited an o2 shop and they confirmed both sim and phone are ok and confirmed I should contact yourselves. I also contacted Apple. They confirmed the activiation is connected to the wrong carrier and the iphone is locked onto carphone flex and to get in touch with yourself (easier said than done!) I have also been on the phone today and was put through to customer service but after waiting 30 mins decided enough is enough!!! I have now also requested a return as I cannot see any solution. I will be in touch with citizens advise to ask for their help. It is not acceptable and I am soo disappointed. I did recommend the site but I will now be quickly telling my friends my story. If you can help it would be greatly appreciated. Jackie Scott

Would NOT recommend this company!!!! Applied for a talk mobile contract with free ps3 and games bundle. Was told I would be notified if not arriving on same day but the phone turned up without ps3. Left it for 2 days (site says third party products may come a day or so after but I would be notified if this was to be the case (and wasn't notified)). Took a while to find contact details, only way to contact them is through an email system that takes up to 2 days to receive reply or through their phone sales number at 10p per min (which by the way if I'm buying a new phone takes 5 minutes to get through or if chasing/complaining takes over 15 minutes just to get to start talking). Was told the third party company had no stock of games bundle and couldn't send ps3 without games (but they could send the phone without free gift?!) but would arrive by Monday (7days after receipt of phone). 10 days later I'm still waiting....... ALSO.... when phone arrived the sim didn't work so they had to re-apply to Talkmobile (which means another credit check against me!) to get the phone up and running. Seriously?! I would not recommend this company to anyone and as they are part of the Dixons Carphone company I will steer clear of them to in the future!

I am not impressed. I received my UPGRADE on Monday an in Thursday it is still not connected. I am paying for something I do not have and I am not happy.

Very disappointed from your service. Difficult to contact you and when finely you answerd after 35 minute you hang up. Each minute cost 10pence or more. You give false information etc and i will never order a phone from you.

Hello I collected my new mobile phone from my local DPD depot today and on collection I was informed there was a problem and that my item may be damaged. I was handed the plastic bag that the mobile phone box was put into and I could feel without opening it that my new mobile had came out of the box it was put in. I am completely disgusted at the fact that a brand new phone I ordered has arrived out of its box and laying within the bottom of a plastic DPD bag. Can you tell me why your company would not package a new expensive phone in adequate packaging so that it would arrive to your customer as a new package and not at the bottom of a plastic bag which obviously would not be handled with care by a delivery man? I am completely disappointed as I was looking forward to receiving my new phone and at the very least expected it to arrive safely and securely! In anticipation of your response. Lisa Anderson

I took out the contract phone on Friday for an iPhone 4s on Vodafone with this deal I was told I would get a free Xbox one console phone arrived Monday was told Xbox would arrive same time but it didn't phoned up and was then told gift was coming through a separate company and the gift comes day after handset didn't come Tuesday and hasn't come today I've had no email or info about the gift being dispatched or when or how it will arrive just got told it should be here no later then Tuesday and can't cancel contract as have to send both handset and gift back I'm furious! And as for the customer service they just fob me off with excuses changes excuse every time 77526906

Asked for a upgrade and got a new contract phone came 3 days after agreed when I phoned to see why I was put on a new contract I was told to shut up as I had put the simca Rd in the phone

I was very pleased with the delivery etc but I signed up for 250 minutes and 500mb data and have now received a text from you stating that I have 200 mins and 250mb .Ihave sent an e mail to you voicing my concerns about this and I would suggest that, instead of sending out e mails asking what people think about the service you spend more time giving customer service!

The order was arranged to be delivered on Friday 7/11 as someone would be available. I was then told this was cancelled and would be Monday 10/11. Nobody would be available on this day (hence why I arranged Friday) so I arranged with Mobiles/DPD to collect from the depot between 6-7pm. Not ideal but it meant I could get my phone. I arrived at the depot and the parcel couldn't be found. After investigation it had been returned back to Dagenham and could deliver tomorrow. Again nobody is available for the delivery so I have scheduled to pick it up from the depot tomorrow night at the same time. Let's see if it is actually there this time. One of the poorest customer service experiences I have ever come across from 2 of the UKs largest companies.

My contract is supposed to be £23 with VAT included as stated in T&C's unless stated. When I received my first bill I find out that's not the case. Not very happy!!
