Mobiles.co.uk have stolen £49 from me, I cancelled an order (77142474) two weeks ago and was promised a refund within a week, so far it has been two weeks and no contact or refund! Disgraceful behaviour

Quick to sign up and deliver phone but very slow to connect, still waiting after a week without a phone, another day and Im cancelling contract

Very quick to sign you up and deliver phone, then cant connect for a week, then still not connected after a week! Going to cancel contract if not connected in the next couple of days.

Pathetic level of service. Initially ordered a phone on 26/09/2014. Mobiles.co.uk told me it was out of stock and to ordrr another one. I didn't want another phone so I asked them to close the account and not to take any payments. They then email me on 26/10/2014 to tell me the phone is now in stock and they've sent it to me. A month later. Of course you can only contact them at certain times Mon to Sat at 35p a min. I've sent numerous emails telling them I don't want the phone as I've got one from elsewhere and not to take any payments. Do no deal with this company. Pathetic.

Every time I have contacted Mobiles.co.uk I have been told that the information given by the previous advisor was incorrect. They have apologised and have been very polite but I have little faith when I next need to contact you!

My level of dissatisfaction is clearly expressed in the emails copied below. Communication re my purchase of an iPhone 5s has been poor. I was also very surprised to receive my first bill from O2 earlier today before I have received my phone from the company. Surely the billing date start should begin when the sim is activated and the phone is in my possession. It appears that I am currently paying for something that I don't have and an explanation is necessary. MY RESPONSE TO FIRST EMAIL FROM THE COMPANY: I was very surprised to receive your email below. My order for the iPhone 5s was placed in good faith and the paid-for voucher submitted to you for a planned delivery on Monday 27th October. I would like confirmation that this will or will not be fulfilled as promised during the order process. I am also perplexed by the comment "If your order is successful" and would like this to be explained in greater detail. My order was successful , it is your promise of order completion that has failed. If you are unable to process my order as promised it is additionally surprising to see that the offer from your company is still live on the Groupon website. I await your early response Janet Welsh MY RESPONSE TO THE SECOND EMAIL FROM THE COMPANY I think that this is a poor and vague response to my earlier email. Please process my order with urgency and priority and keep me fully informed about the order status. If you are unlikely to receive additional stock please let me know without further delay. Weird - asked for a review for a product I've yet to receive. Promised date of delivery missed with no communication and received a bill from network provider already despite not having a phone or knowing what my number is! If this is a sign of things to come it could be a long 24 month contract.

Will never use mobiles.co.uk again! After having my phone for the total of. 4 days the screen cracked when I placed the phone down on a coffee table, it took several attempts to contact mobikes uk twice waiting on the phone for over 20 minutes, I then decided to use the live chat system on the website on the first day I waited nearly 2 hours and never got to talk to anybody as I had to go out before I got to the top of the que .The next day I tried again it only took nearly 50 minutes to talk to somebody, mobiles.co.uk refused to help with the problem and told me to contact sony about my phone, Sony had already told me to talk to mobiles.co.UK because the phone is so new! so I am stuck with knackered phone and a 2year contract - Any way my point if you want any kind of aftersales service don't use mobiles.co.UK

Atrocious service from Mobiles.co.uk First the phone was delivered to the incorrect address by the courier. When I tried to contact the courier about my order, they informed me that they were unable to arrange a collection and redelivery unless authorised by Mobiles.co.uk Unfortunately Mobiles.co.uk make it very difficult to get in touch. Calling them involves sitting in a queue for about 25mins and even online chat involves long queues: " Sorry for the delay, all of our agents are busy on other chats. Someone will be with you as soon as possible. You're currently number 15 in queue." Furthermore, it takes them a few days to respond to email, so if there is a problem with the phone and contract it will take a while to get in touch with them to solve the problem!!! Furthermore, agents seem keen to make promises that they don't deliver. I managed to chat with an agent on Tuesday who promised to inform O2 of the cancellation on the same day and send me an email confirmation of the cancellation agreement. Today is Saturday, and I still haven't received it. Instead, I have received my bill from O2. All in all, it has been a highly unsatisfactory service experience.

Ordered phone Monday for next day delivery as daughters birthday Friday... I had a call just before 6 left a message to call I rang straight back to be told they closed 6.30 had just gone 6...I then went on line updated my order again with all my details said order had gone through Wednesday came still nothing tried ringing was always busy tried on line chat cut off straight away. Finally got through Thursday to be told order hadn't gone through and would send straight away... So daughters birthday today and no phone finally came just before 1

Phone arrived ok. SIM card for a different network though and phone likely to be locked to that network. Despite one email and a contact form being sent I am yet to receive any reply as to when I may expect the correct order to be delivered. Over 2 days and still waiting for a response. Maybe I should have gone direct to the network. Next battle may be ensuring that the contract starts when the correct order is fulfilled and not 3 days ago.

Once opened there was no contract no instructions for phone and I don't know when the money will be taken from my account. The phone is showing faults you cant hear properly you have to use speaker phone. Plus the data is nearly done after a few days and everything runs off data my son tells me i wanted unlimited data! Not happy at all a really bad experience im regretting.

I am outraged at the length of time it took me today to get through to your Customer Services department. I tried to use the chat online service several times, received the message that there were some 20+ people waiting in front of me and then was disconnected repeatedly. I then tried to use your telephone service. When I heard the message that the maximum wait was over 20 minutes, I rang off. This happened repeatedly. Finally when the message was that the maximum wait was 10 minutes I stayed on the line and was answered in about 20 minutes. This is completely unacceptable. It is not good enough to say that you have a high volume of calls. The high volume of calls is not the problem. It is that you do not have enough people and phones to answer your customers.

Your service is very poor , ordered a phone supposed to arrive with samsung tablet, phone arrives then spent over 45 mins waiting for customer services live chat to respond to missing item. Tried to send email no email facility. when they finally responded they literally said will send it out tomorrow ! so we will wait and see if it arrives tomorrow now. !
