Not happy at all with the service I have received...... I have had the iphone 6 for a week and not been able to use it due to a deactivated sim then after many calls I was told a new sim would be delivered asap for free then no sim just a phone call.... this is now a week on and now another sims being sent lets wait and see........... I am not happy :(

Received new phone, package was opened and emailed to let you know. I waited on your response "within 24 hours"- a week later still nothing so i sent the whole package back - costing me £7 for registered post. Then I went down the high Street and bought my new mobile. Will never deal with this company again.

On the 20/10/2014, I ordered an iPhone 5s (gold) on the online store, as it could be dispatched the next day. I received an email to confirm my purchase, along with confirmation details of a refurbished phone (which I'd viewed, but I hadn't intended to order!), and a note to say that the gold iPhone was out of stock. I called the sales team, and spoke to a foreign chap, who said that he'd cancelled the refurbished iPhone order, and the gold one - but did I want a silver one instead, as these were in stock, and I could get it the next day? I agreed. He confirmed at the end of the conversation that there was a new order, and the two online orders had been cancelled. Today (21/10/2014), I took delivery of parcel 1, which contained a refurbished iPhone!; I refused parcel 2, which apparently contained a gold one. After a 24 minute telephone conversation to customer services (helpful lady, but she wanted me to pay for return postage!!), it was clear that the chap hadn't cancelled either of the orders. Overall, the after sales team really let this company down. Haven't even examined the products, as neither are the ones I ordered! I wouldn't recommend - unless you don't mind what phone you get in the parcel!

I recently purchased a handset on a contract and the only thing I was impressed about was the price and the quick delivery however, the service overall thereafter was unacceptable and unprofessional. Website was useless in terms of 'contact us' section, it was almost impossible to get through to someone and the webchat was useless too -either offline (in working hours!) or in a queue to chat to someone (I was 54th number).

i have recieved my phone but the sim is invalid, i waited over an hour to speak to customer services who said my phone will be activated within 48hours which id ridiculas The adviser said he would call once sim was activated so i didnt have to keep checking however still haven heard anything... very disatisfied

Trying to get hold of customer services has been a joke today 15 ppl have been served on whoson chat in 40 mins of waiting! I was also on hold for nearly 30 mins to the customer service dept, however the sales team answer straight away. Think u might need to sort out current customers who need your help before you try to take on more. Feeling more annoyed than I was with receiving a faulty mobile.

Delivery of my telephone was very good however this was an upgrade and seven days later my old sim card is still working and I can't use my new phone as the account has not changed over to the nano sim. The staff on the help phone have not been helpful at all.

I will never use this company again. Ordered a mobile online to be delivered by a certain date. It got delivered to my old address and received email saying that there was no one in at the address. Phoned up and found out their data base had mixed up my old address with my new postcode. I was told it would be delivered the next day and would receive a text or email with the time. Waited and waited, no email or text and no delivery. Phoned up again and told it wou, d be delivered 2 days later. Received an email with time and date of delivery, still with incorrect address. Phoned up again and was told the courier has been informed of correct address and would get my order. Got an email and text that day saying the item could not be delivered as there was no one to sign for it. BECAUSE YET AGAIJ HD BEEN SENT TO MY OLD ADDRESS. Phoned up again to complain saying I wanted it delivered today to my address. Was told they would contact the courier to sort it out and phone me back. They never phoned me back but sent me an email as that said that I had requsted the order to be delivered tomorrow to my address. I have probably spent fifty pounds calling up and wasted days sitting in waiting for nothing. The company promised me free phone cover package and then 1 months free rent. I am holding my breath as they have lied every other time I have had dealings about my order. The most incompetent and unprofessional organisation I have ever come across. I may get my order tomorrow.

The service was generally OK, once i ordered online the handset was out of stock (IPHONE4S) Delivery would take upto 14 Days was advised to me by email. I then called up and was advised a handset would be dispatched that day, Stock Control obviously was a issue with this company. The online chat service also left a lot to be desired with being told i was in a queue and when the advisor came on the chat was instantly disconnected, resulting in me calling. The only positive was actually speaking to the lady on the phone. As i needed a phone i went through with the order but wouldn't rate this company and certainly wouldn't use them again. Disappointing.

Very disappointed, phone only worked for a day then was blocked by another network?? They would not help as I needed the phone for my holiday . Not good service!! Not recommended

Took a day off work to receive my phone and it didn't arrive. Courier (DPD) Customer Services couldn't get in touch with their own depot. I phoned DPD and they kept me hanging on a premium rate line.

I have purchased a xperia from mobiles.co.uk which was damaged i have waited all week for news of when i would get it back i was told today so ive had a day off work and its not arrived i am payin a bill for a phone i have never used this is unacceptable

I sent the phone back to you the next day as I brought it over the internet, and it wasn't made clear at all to me that you had to recover the costs of cash back every so many months. This was not I signed up for and totally mis sold the phone. I also found it difficult to contact customer service by phone and didn't particularly find the operator helpful or understanding. I wouldn't consider ever buying a phone for you again. Very poor service!
