I would not recommend your company to anybody in this world joke of a company I took on a contract phone when I received it its a used phone and now am trying to cancelled the contract everybody is passing the parcel phone this department they will sort it out am so angry I even received and email for my first bill it's a joke please avoid

I am really disappointed as I received my New handset yesterday and I havent been able to use it as the sim card isnt connecting to the network.. been into 02 who assured me it would be working by lunch... which was a complete lie as I still dont have any network connection . So I have a contract which is for 24 months and a handset that I CANNOT use.

Bought phone with free mini ipad, phone came on time, nearly 2 weeks later no sign of ipad, after several calls and online help, which was no help at all, spoke to someone who said they had me down as points for something or other, not for ipad, said it would be with me today, no sign of it still, am losing the will to live, think I will just send phone back,they have breached their contract with me, very frustrating

Total rubbish 5 days later have no phone nhafve no idea what's going I. Very slow to answer emails Will never use again

Ordered a refurbished phone but was excessively marked. They arrange the return OK but now 17 days later I still don't have a replacement phone. Also customer services have not come back to me when they have promised to and I have to keep calling.

Ordered a Samsung note 4, was told it would be delivered in a week, was then emailed to say it would be delayed another week, after 3 weeks I contacted them and changed the colour of my phone to one that was in stock, it then turned out the person I dealt with forgot to change the order and was told it would be another month for it to arrive. Changed the colour again and said that if it didn't arrive in 4 days I was cancelling the order. It arrived, apart from that it was a very good deal that I got.

Dont read into all the negative feedback about these guys ordered lg g3 £18 deal on o2 thinking myself there has to be a catch ordered at tuesday lunch phone with me at 2pm Wednesday brilliant job guys keep up good work brilliant phone a steal at that money thank you

ordered phone with a £49.99 up front fee or enter code for free purchase, I entered code to find the money had come out of my account, rang customer services to be told I had to wait 7 to 10 days and would receive cheque in post, my mortgage payment was due 4 days later and I was now overdraw so as you can imagine I was not impressed at all, sorry I never went to my original phone supplier. please hope you do respond to this feedback.

I bought a Sony Expedia phone with an o2 contract but was sent an orange Sim in error. I have emailed 7 times but had no reply. I called the help line was put on hold, given other incorrect numbers which has taken over an hour of my time. Eventually told to go to my local car phone warehouse where they would be able to swap the Sim. Surprise surprise they told me I'd been 'fobbed off' and they couldn't help me. This company needs to look up the definition of customer service. In the meantime l still have a phone that doesn't work.

OMG the people at mobiles.oc.uk really have not got a clue. Every time I phone it costs me £8, all get told is "bare with me, bare with me" They never seem to be able to find your account and certainly not sort out a new sim when they set up the wrong Tarif on a O2 upgrade that I don't seem to now be able to get out of. Steer well clear of them, they are cheaper for reason!

After paying for my order, received an email advising phone out of stock and will update in a week! Then an email was sent advising my phone is going to be dispatched, received my phone via DPD, they provide an excellent service by the way, to find my phone is not as ordered, wrong finish. Tried calling, on hold for ages, ended up emailing about the problem with no response as yet! Grrrrrrrr! Not impressed!

Without a doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with online. The phone arrived later than I was advised and the paperwork was wrong ,the phone number assigned was not my number even though it is an upgrade. I noticed that information was wrong on the web site before the phone was dispatched to me and messaged to say so but when it says may take 48 hours to respond it is more of a promise ! I tried to call and waited for 20 mins on hold and gave up. I have had the phone 2 days now and have still not opened the box because I am waiting for someone to call me before I decide if I should send it back . They may be cheep but pay another £2 a month and go with a company with reasonable customer service because these guys are a complete joke !

Placed 2 orders 1 fulfilled and phone received the other still pending and not approved after 3 days, no response to helpdesk emails beginning to wonder why I am bothering.

I received the mobile ( iPhone 6) with scratches and marks at the back. I tried to call Customer Service 5 times and waited for 10 minutes every time paying premium rates for the number but did not get anyone to speak to. I also tried online chat which never ever works. I don't know how this issue can be raised. I had to use the phone and i had to insert the new SIM as my earlier number was ported . I will not recommend mobiles.co.uk to any one and probably going to post this in forums as well. Apart from good deals , its the customer service which matters. I would like you to take this issue ASAP and resolve it. Thanks, Deepa Tambe 07757564314 Someone tried to call me twice yesterday regarding this but i was not available . shocking .... ordered on the 21/10 arrived on the 29/10... next day delivery???? tried to call 3 times but was greeted with 36 minutes call holding 28 mins and 25 mins... will never use again and have 16 business mobiles ..... rubbish rubbish rubbish

The advertisement via Vouchercloud suggested a reduced monthly charge of £9.99 which is clearly not the case. I consider myself to have been misled and intend cancelling the contract and returning the phone to you. Your fine print is very fine indeed, and I am not impressed.
