recieved my iphone 6 yesterday morning, still no service, been calling orange carphone warehouse and then mobiles.co.uk only to be put on hold for half an hour then cut off, wtf i going on ???????????????????????????????????

Phone not received yet. Only taken 9 days so far. This is obviously not a reflection on the phone - it may well be lovely when I finally get it ! PS. Was promised - in stock, next day delivery.

No problems with delivering the phone, then Talkmobile "ported" my number 3 days later. Now it's the day 12 since I've signed up with Talkmobile and ported my old number (I've logged an incident ticket with them ref: ORC-873-90885). The issue is still not resolved and I cannot receive incoming calls or texts. It's a joke! I doubt the professionalism of Talkmobile / Vodafone Networking team where they allegedly "resolved" the problem without simply checking if the callback to my number would work. How pathetic! I feel that I reserve the right to cancel the contract with no obligations or returns if the problem is not fixed within this week. I keep all our correspondence with Talkmobile Customer Service if it needs to be presented in a lawsuit.

I was accepted for a contract and was sent my phone but it was some one else's account, how could you get that wrong, and when they realised their mistake I was declined and had to send my phone back it is a joke

Deplorably, shocking service..... Kept on hold for hours before speaking to customer services - sent the wrong model of phone 24 hours before going on holiday. Paying £7.50 to return the phone to them ( which was their error - the salesperson, sloppily wrote down the wrong phone model!). Told they could not get the phone I required - but when I returned from my holiday they would supply me with a better phone at no extra cost. Fair enough you may think, so did I - the phone was arranged to be delivered the day after I return from abroad. As I write this, on my holiday, I have received a text message to say that the phone has been delivered - not sure where as the house is empty. Also the model delivered is apparently the original model - so the promised upgrade did not materialise! I would wholeheartedly not recommend mobiles.co.uk. and am very sorry I did not patronise one of their competitors.

I waited in all day Friday (delivery day before 6pm) but no sign of phone, zero communication.Then a text at 7.30pm to notify me the delivery day moved to following Monday. FULL DAY off work wasted awaiting for a phone delivery! As a new customer,  I expected a much better experience.  Extremely disappointed and most certainly won't be recommending you to anyone else. Still without a phone, no offer any compensation for my wasted day off from work! Well I am still without a phone even though it should of been delivered in the 5th September I received my free gift and sim but no phone, I have rang numerous times one phone call cost me £8 and was told someone would contact me within 5 days as dpd were disputing it even though i rang soon as my parcel arrive and i noticed there was no phone and was informed by the driver my phone would follow mobiles.co.uk said they needed to investigate I am still waiting. I have already recieved my first bill and its showing I cant upgrade till September 2016 so I thinks they need to sort the communication between there selfs and dpd a bit better.

Ordered the phone on Thursday, it was supposed to be delivered the next day, but it wasn't, scheduled for Monday, tried calling the customer service no luck closed and wont open till Monday, but the sales team open and wouldn't help. Poor aftersales

Waited in for a delivery that never looked came,waited 30 minutes on hold to be told I would have to call up tomorrow to cancel. I then waited and was antagonised by staff and not offered an apology. Don't shop here

Still waiting for my phone to be connected after a purchasing a week ago. Delay in delivery and poor notification of delivery time. Cancellation of contract still being considered if not connected Monday, as promised.

got the phone on time try and put sim card in it had damage two so the sim card will not go in .they said they will sort it that was last week no phone at or no one has got back two me

Great handset, quick delivery. Credit to Nokia and DPD. That's where it started to go wrong. 48 hours after delivery & still no connection I rang customer services. Want to contact them ? Be prepared to hold at least 10-15 minutes a time (often considerably longer) for someone to answer. Of course you won't be able to use your new phone - especially if you're still awaiting connection after 5 days. When they do answer don't expect customer services to offer any assistance. Best advice so far ? Wait until at least 72 hours then contact us again. And after 72 hours 'Why don't you take it to your local Carphone Warehouse'. Still not connected, phone being returned tomorrow. A Totally dissatisfied customer.
