Ordered a telephone, found it was not in stock. Waited a week. Sent to the wrong address. Got in contact with mobiles.co.uk, the guy said he would contact the delivery firm and sort it. Next day, delivered again to the wrong address. Bearing in mind the business model here is to take payment and deliver phones, to get this much wrong is astounding.

Hi, Offers on the contracts are really competitive. The one i got is rally good ,but the service is absolutely bad . I have been chasing for 3 - 4 times for my order and not even a single message or email has been dropped to keep me informing about the delay. Also some one given wrong information that i am receiving my mobile next day and all the process has already been done. when i called next day evening customer services guy told me they haven't processed at all day before. Placed order on 7th afternoon and i have recieved on 10th afternoon .

The package that I thought I was buying was very different to the package that came through on the confirmation email. After calling Mobiles.co.UK they could clearly see the package that I thought I had purchased but could not switch my account over. They had to recall the phone that was already on it's way to me, which was NOT the day I had specified, and told me to re-order the package again. Not wanting to have to go through the same problem again, needless to say, I got the same package with a different company.

Received phone on the 11th June, the sim wouldnt activate so had to wait for another sim card to be delivered..it is now the 2nd July and I'm still waiting..not happy with the service at all!!!

Shocking services, took 4 days for my phone to be delivered on a next day service. Spoke on live chat to somebody regarding the delivery, and each day they promised it would be delivered the next day and failed to do so 3 times! Offered me as a good will gesture some screen protectors which had a value of £2.35 which arrived 2 weeks after my phone finally did!! will not be using mobiles.co.uk again.

this is the worst company and customer service i saw in my life, 09/06/2014 i made a new contract with this company but now i am ashamed of this situation, i am going to write why now! 1: 5 day after i made the contract i wanted to change my phone but your customer service said the next day somebody would collect the phone you don't want, but nobody came to pick it up. 2: The gift with my phone was faulty and i am still waiting to receive a new one after weeks. 3: After i made the contract i asked one of your online chat person for the my next bill was and they said it is normally the next month, Vodafone made the next bill 10 days after i got the contract and i didn't have money in the bank so i pay extra money for being in depth. When i wanted my additional money for you making the mistake your customer service ( that don't know how to talk English) was talking crap and not making sense... I am very unhappy and to everyone i know i am going to say how bad this company is! your faithfully Engin Kuleli

When the contract terms were agreed, I was guaranteed an email to confirm the terms, including that I would receive a £60 cheque. This didn't arrive, so I asked via the website's livechat feature for this to be sent again. Although this was promised, it hasn't been sent. On top of this, I was told that my current SIM would stop working within a couple of days of delivery of the new SIM, at which time I should replace the SIM. The old SIM is still working, so I will have to chase this up, although seeing as my last request via the livechat didn't work, I have little faith that this will be resolved quickly.

I recently took out a contract out with mobile.Co.UK and today I seen a bank charges of £23.94 on my bank statement to TMTITECHELP and I checked it out and it was related to mobile.Co.UK so I Googled TMTITECHELP and there website came up www.tmti.net came up and I rang them to ask why money had been taken and a direct debit had been set up and they told me mobile.Co.UK had arranged it I confirmed I had opted out of all the add ons and said speak to mobile.Co.UK which I did and they informed me that you can't opted out of this add on and the bloke at mobile.Co.UK was very unpleasant and wasn't willing to hear that I had unclicked all the add ons... Why would I choose to have support on how to use my mobile for £23.94 when my contract is only £33 a month??? Seriously avoid!!! '
