“Got the best deal on a contract phone which my current provider wanted £20 more a month for. Easy process, good website, my only small problem was with delivery - mobiles.co.uk stated that I could specify a safe place to leave my parcel with DPD, but after 2 failed deliveries it turns out that this option is not allowed by mobiles.co.uk with DPD. Apart from that I'm really pleased.”

“I obtained an excellent deal from mobiles.co.uk . Far far better than I could have obtained directly on the EE website. I was generally happy with the customer service though when there was a problem with the activation of my contract I was asked to phone a number costing 13p/minute and I had to wait 20 minutes for an answer. When I did get through the person I spoke with was efficient and polite.”

“The reason l chose mobiles was cost of the monthly plan. Which was the best online deal going. I am very pleased with the phone I got as I am a pensioner and only use the basics.i had to get my grandson to set it up for me but he seemed to find it easy.”

“Service received was very efficient. Although phone I received was faulty. Return was arranged quickly. DPD failed to collect on day stated however mobiles.co.UK resolved this quickly. Awaiting delivery of replacement”
