“Great deal because it was the cheapest! Service only let down by DPD delivery which was frustrating to reorganise (some people actually work Monday to Friday in the day time!). I requested item to be delivered to safe place but it didn't work . Trying to speak to someone at DPD was like solving a riddle! Anyway phone here now so all good.”

“The staff who handles the call was very helpful after answering my call and he did all he can to meet my demand in placing an order as I could not make a complete order online!! However, I missed other incentive from online purchase for this problem as the management team did not honour this problem in the website that prevented me from placing the order online. Item was refurbished but in perfect condition which was delivered on time as scheduled.”

“Overall the service was good. The communication regarding delivery of the phone was excellent allowing you to change the selected day if necessary. On the morning of delivery you were given a one hour delivery slot which was really useful. The website is well designed and user-friendly and answered all questions that I had. I was slightly confused about when the service would begin as there was conflicting information on this - however service began immediately.”
