“Phoned mobiles.co.uk since had more than 2 addresses in last 3 years, unfortunately has been refused from offer what chosen but got a bit worse so not sure if it is their trick to advertise great deal and tell you oh you have been refused on this one but we can offer you other similar deal, quick next day delivery, all working fine, phone packaging intact, I will use them again since still one of the cheapest deals on the market.”

“Easy to find the handset you're looking for and you would not find a better price anywhere else. This is the second time I am using Mobiles.co.uk and I am, for the second time, a very happy customer! The only recommendation is: don't call them as you would end up paying quite a lot for the call. Do everything online and you will be a very happy customer too!!!”

“Glad that after extensive research for a new iPhone SE and new 24 month contract I found mobiles.co.uk.... I always try my hardest to find the right deal and as part of my research I used "money supermarket.com" to eventually narrow down my search to be pleased with the offer from mobiles.co.uk... Next day delivery was a pleasure...but my new "deal" with mobiles.co.uk brought me greater delight... Cheap contract...Affordable handset....(£40)...and the best bit was that my cost of handset was reduced by a further £10 for using money supermarket.com.... BONUS..!! ??????????”

“Better deal than I could get directly with Vodafone and a spec of phone they were sold out of. Limited details in terms of the contract available (and customer services weren't able to help - wanted to know if the contract had international data roaming allowance included. Ended up taking the contract and calling Vodafone customer services before opening the product and thankfully included it). Could be improved by being able to have greater visibility of the contract details.”

“The price was competitive allowing me to get the phone my son wanted at a decent price with an acceptable plan. The one problem I had with the order was dealt with straightaway once I got through on the customer services line. The website could be a little more user friendly but on the whole I am very satisfied”

“All very efficient and easy to order etc. Only reason I haven't given full marks is that I paid extra to have the phone delivered before 10:30am. It wasn't delivered until the afternoon just after 2pm. When I contacted mobiles.co.uk regarding this, they haven't responded or refunded the money I paid for expedited delivery. So a little bit miffed about that. But otherwise happy.”

“You sometimes have to search for the cheapest deals (as opposed to the recommended ones) but I normally find Mobiles have the lowest prices. Last phone ordered Saturday morning arrived Sunday afternoon - can't get much better than that.”

“I have been with Vodafone for + 15years and was due to renew my contract. My son said I should shop around for a better deal. Found a great deal ( that could not be matched elsewhere) via Uswitch and mobile.co.uk. Phones arrived on time. My only issued is transferring my own number from Vodafone to Vodafone. No one wants to take responsibility but I hope this issue will be resolved soon.”

Hello Karen, We’re really pleased to hear you got the best deal. Vodafone won’t allow their customers to transfer existing numbers to another Vodafone contract, they would prefer you enter into an upgrade agreement where your number is automatically retained. The way around this would be to port your existing Vodafone number to a Pay as you go SIM card on a different network, then you’ll need to request a PAC code for your number and then port back into the Vodafone network.
