“The actual ordering and buying of the phone was very easy and it was far cheaper than anywhere else. The only problem I had was that it was due for nominated delivery on the Monday and didn't turn up. It arrived on the Tuesday which was very inconvenient as I wanted it for my holiday where I was leaving early hours on the Tuesday so didn't get it in time.”

“I found a good contract price for the phone I wanted . The phone arrived the next day . As it was all done on line , I was unable to ask for advice on porting my number .However I was able to work it out myself , by contacting my previous provider , gift gaff , who sent me a pac code , and then ringing O2 to start the process .”

“Very good price for iphone6s and delivered next day. I had paid an extra £7 for delivery before 10:30 but came an hour after that which was disappointing as I had to go out.”

“Website wasnt working properly when i tried to make my purchase and took a while to load fully however once it had finally loaded properly the steps to complete were very easy and the phone arrived the next day at around 9am and delivery was free”

“Although we had a little trouble ordering my daughters phone on the website, I rang the customer services centre and they we so very helpful - locating the exact phone in a couple of minutes (it had shown as out of stock online) and sorting the order out in a friendly and efficient manner. Phone arrived the next day and daughter is very happy!”
