Beyond useless, should be 0 star. Placed an order for my 3 year old nephews birthday for a card and gift, it did not arrive, complained to customer services as his Baby brother has passed away recently, they said the item was not in stock, but didn’t even bother to tell me at all! I when they realised the severity of this they agreed to refund me and gave me gift credit also. Reordered and also ordered for my friends birthday a gift and card. Guess what, neither arrived, a glitch in systems or item out of stock or something, no communication, customer service does not care whatsoever. Got another refund and will not use again. If you need a gift with your card DO NOT BOTHER your order will not be sent AT ALL. I don’t understand how they are allowed to trade like this! Best to go elsewhere

Refused to resend two envelopes for an order where they had not been sent.

Ordered a personalised bottle of champaigne - the label was applied with no care - scrunched up, air bubbles and all wonky. This should have been spotted before dispatched. Their customer service is worse that their quality - no option to send out a replacement or receive a full credit as 'you have received the order' A company is judged how they deal with things when they go wrong, Moonpig fail big time !

Well, anniversary card for today in the post for my wife coming tomorrow. YDG22FU brilliant. You pay that amount for a card and post first class to arrive a day late.. never again

My son purchased me roses for my birthday. They arrived discoloured and half dead. Moonpig claim they send out fresh flowers. Well these definitely weren’t. I hoped they would have revived once in water and feed but no, they weren’t fresh and therefore never bloomed. I have complained to moonpig and they’re sending me out some more first thing tomorrow. I will see what arrives. If they’re in the same state I will demand a refund for my son. If you receive flowers that aren’t fresh then you should complain! The sender won’t even know because moonpig just resend the flowers to you. Obviously if the second lot are also in a state then you should complain again and ask for a refund for the person who sent them because it isn’t fair! People are paying a lot of money for flowers that are fit for the bin.

I placed an order for an online card - the receipient did not receive the email (all folders including spam & junk were checked). I complained on a Moonpig webchat and the resent the order which also not received (all folders checked again). I made sure I could email the address and my email was received ok. I complained on a Moonpig webchat again and all they could say was that the email was sent - they could not verify they had a delivered receipt. The webchat ended up with the Moonpig agent hanging up the chat. Really poor service and very poor customer service - in future I will be going back to Clintons and entrusting Royal Mail to make the delivery - as they have always done sucessfully in the past

Don't waste your time with Moonpig- it's better to purchase a card from a shop, otherwise you'll spend a lot of time creating the perfect card only for it to be 'lost in transit'.

I ordered flowers and a card for a 50th Birthday the flowers arrived with just a card stating the Birthday card had seperated and would be sent by 1st class post. There was nothing with the flowers to say they were from me and the card did'nt arrive as arranged on the Birthday. I contacted the online customer services who simply said apologies it would arrive in 1/2 days but the Birthday will have come and gone by then. They refused to refund the card cost stating it would be received, only refunded the cost of p&p, and then they ended the chat. What a rubbish service, i paid in advance for a pre-arranged delivery date and instead they delivered flowers with no details of who sent them and a belated birthday card. They clearly don't care about customer service!

Shocking shocking shocking. Very rude when I entered an online chat about the dreadful state of flowers sent from our son for our Wedding Anniversary as a surprise. They know that most people wouldn’t say anything to the recipient and it is the thought that counts but it makes me so cross that they are taking good money and not doing anything about it. Never use Moonpig unless you want to insult someone.

Was about to order £30 of flowers as the photo showed about 10-12 flowers, then say in the description they only send 6? How is this legal to falsely advertise like this?

Shocking service. Won't recommend or use again. Paid for set day delivery and ordered arrived late. Flowers and card were ordered together but were separated and not delivered in the same day. How was the recipient supposed to know who sent them, unlabelled. Shocking service poor quality won't use again !!

Re-scheduled a delivery date and Royal Mail confirmed the card and gift had been loaded onto the van on the Monday morning. It's now Wednesday evening and the goods are still on the van! Moonpig couldn't give a Damon and their chatline has to be seen to be believed. Do not use this company - they are pathetic!

DON'T PAY EXTRA FOR GUARANTEED DELIVERY Failed to deliver in time for Birthday and having paid extra for a specific day, Royal Mail blamed and only postage refunded, despite the fact that the card did not arrive for the Birthday!! Attitude of the Customer service agent Thomas was appalling!! I admit I am disappointed and angry (Not rude) but he showed No empathy for my situation and simply said that their "Policy" is that as the card WILL be delivered (NOT on time) therefore they do not refund or compensate their customers, to show they are sorry (who pay their wages and shareholders), to encourage them to return and re-use their service and tell others. Thomas ended the chat as he had offered the "Company offer" and because I was not happy with his response and there was apparently no Manager I could speak with to take it further, I was apparently being rude and should just accept the postage refund!! There are other competitors who I have used previously and will definitely now continue to do so. Be warned if you want your card or gift delivered for a specific date, I would use another service provider. Yours very disappointed and angry.

I sent a card for my son's birthday who went to university for the first time thousands of miles away. I spent a lot of time selecting photos and customising it. The website confirmed delivery on his birthday but he never received the card. Upon contacting Moonpig said the card must have been lost and they are refunding me and giving me five pounds credit. I asked to resend the card so at least he gets it. But they refused to send another card. It was a disappointing experience with a not so polite or compassionate customer service rep. Please beware. They promise what they cannot keep and don't even have the decency to make up for it. I can see from the reviews that they have done the same to many!

It’s simple the birthday card I spent time and love making didn’t turn up. It’s simply not good enough. I was offered a refund and told the card was lost in the post without looking into it. Passing the blame I think. I won’t be using Moonpig again as it’s not reliable and the customer service wasn’t adequate enough. Sorry
