OK I'm gonna explain everything, I went into the shop at 3 am and I went in on my hoverboard and 5 seconds later, the dumpy security went diving into me and made me go flying into my gran's trolley and knocked her over and my hoverboard has been scabbed so I'm suing them later on.

Shocking company all round really. Not fresh fresh produce especially fruit. Most store baked bread is terrible and doughy (damp) because it is wrapped whilst still hot. It's true, feel it for yourself. Most staff though are fine. Morrisons are very expensive. They are also too hot, in the Dover store anyway. If you have a lot of shopping be careful which checkout you go on as the heat belting down will start cooking your food if there for long enough. In the pet food area, where the cat food is, the heat belting down must surely be a health hazard for the top racks of food which will be hot!!!!!! There is a new Lidl opened in Dover. Hint hint.

I am very unimpressed with my morrisons deliverys. The last few times things have either been damaged or missing. £25 worth of items was damaged on this one delivery and i was not happy! Also they wouldny refund me because i chucked it in the bin. The chicken was open so leaking all over my other food, a keg of beer we got for the first time was leaking in the bags and a few more bits. Also prdered mice meat and both only had a days life even though online it stated a guarantee of 3+days . Not going to lie most of my experiences have been good and iv always rated morrisons but i have had enough and i wont be shopping there again.

Not surprised at all by your chestnut problems.It is something Morrisons are good at, selling nasty so called fresh fruit.

DON'T SHOP ONLINE WITH MORRISONS I ordered some cigarettes online, only to receive an email saying my order was cancelled. Then I discovered my account was closed. I telephoned twice and was given a vague, general comment that did not address this cancellation specifically. "A business decision"? A very poor one. I'm well over 18, have an excellent credit record, and order online from numerous other businesses with no problems at all.

Store opens at 6am, but pallets all over the aisles, cardboard everywhere, no bread available because its "too hot" only one till out of 18 open ? Hot deli not open till 7am. No newspapers?? Staff morale seems rock bottom.... what the hell are they running?

Went into Morrisons in Dover today. Bread shelves not filled up at 0900 and various other items missing from shelves. Fresh bread shelves almost deserted and usual BB date issues with same. Prices rocketing up!! Why don't they see to shelf filling before store opens for goodness sake.

Well any Morrisons is a nightmare isn't it, but this beats it all. £3:67 for a punnet of 4 so called fresh nectarines!! I say "so called" because like all their fresh produce it is on it's last legs.

Sold me full price meat at 18.33 that ran out of date at midnight!! Customer care say I should riffle through all the products to check when it runs out!?!? Who would do that when you have two kids in toe and paying full premium meat prices! Shocking behaviour that reading forums seems the norm from this place!

50 minuets to be served your desert in Southport store and for the store manager mike howarrh to laugh it off no doubt he worked for the likes of woolies of bhs before absolute joke of a company

The cleaning teams are obviously not doing their jobs. Each of the checkouts I have visited are minging, rubbish in the footwells and the belts sticky. Today I saw a checkout worker having to clean her own area because the cleaning team once again had failed to do so. Going on to the cafe. I rufuse to eat there any more because of the state of it, especially the trays and the area where the drinks are. I am appaled at the state of certain of the workers. I was there just mid morning and one man was obviously wearing an apron that was days old and was absolutely filthy. When I saw him I left the meal I had bought and walked out.

Terrible stores. Most fresh bread is past bb date and not priced down. Fresh fruit etc will not last long once home as it is not fresh in the first place Got this from someone in the trade, and not just myself. Most staff are ok, but I think they are past caring really. Regularly run out of carrier bags!!!!!!!!!! Watch out for the wrong prices on many items, you know, like the "out of stock" card being stuck in the wrong place. An old trick. Look out for items like cheese triangles priced at £1 for a box of eight but well over £2 for a double box of 16. Come on morrisons, clean your act up.

Missing match and more points customer services not bothered and constantly price on shelf often higher when scaned at tills.morrisons is very poor recently

The madras curry home brand was the worst I have ever had no hotness what so ever very bland. False advertising nothing like a madras. Work it out.

The staff, most of them anyway, may very well be friendly. The store may very well be clean, but that's not why we go there is it. We go there to buy food, and in most cases the quality of fresh items in Morrisons is very bad, especially their fresh (unfresh) bread. See another review here somewhere. How true.

Bad company with too many out of stock items. Misleading offers and out of alignment price cards. This is an old trick and not always genuine. Bad fresh produce. Not a good experience. Okay of not too fussy I suppose. Greetings cards are not only a joke but very highly priced. Too much hassle to use self service!! Keep away from them.
