“I bought 3 boxes of milk tray which were placed on 3 shelves each shelf contained boxes of chocolates on each shelf and were labeled at £2 50 with more card and these were placed at the end of the isle on 3 tier shelf after checking my bill I noticed I had been charged just under £4 taking it up with a store manager she said it was a mistake the £2. 50 price But I noticed how many people picked up these chocolates and how many would have checked their bill I did get my money back and the chocolates but I was made to feel I was wrong on pointing this mistake out A Mistake at a local Big Store which should not happened it would have been good if the store manager and assistant at the desk would have been more pleasant instead of making me feel I was in the wrong by pointing the mistake out check your bills after paying while in the store”

“Fraudulently said I collected my order when I didn't. After waiting 15 minutes after the collection time I went in store and told them I couldn't wait any longer. They rang through to them and said he's bringing it out now so I went back to the click and collect and waiting another 15 minutes and nobody came. I went back to customer services and told them I couldn't wait any longer. Later in the day i received an email receipt for my 'collected' order! I rang customer services and they contacted the store who said they kept the order in case I wanted to go back. I said they know I couldn't because I was going to work so they said they would refund the order and issue a £20 voucher and that I would receive the voucher via email and the refund confirmation. I received the voucher but not the refund conformation so I contacted them again the following day via email and was advised the order was delivered (it wasn't a delivery order) and that they would issue a £5 voucher but not a refund. Clearly Deborah didn't contact the store otherwise she would have been told by them that I didn't get the order so I contacted head office again on the phone and was advised that Tara in store had confirmed to them that she would cancel the order and that I would receive an email confirming the refund and that they would send me a £6 voucher! I still haven't received the refund but so far have £31 in vouchers when I don't ever want to shop at Morrisons again!”
“Half the items missing, I have a video of the delivery because the caretaker sent it to me from the CCTV as evidence. Called them twice, first time I was told I'd be called back but never was, second time told that they have opened the investigation and will get back to me but never did. Opened a "missing items" thingy on the website and got an email saying they will take 72 hours to investigate, which later simply vanished into nothing as I can't even access that area of the website anymore / it's just empty now and they ignored my reply via email. What the actual F***??? This has to be illegal. First and last time doing business with you c****.”

“Yesterday's online home delivery service was shocking in many ways.
Many substitutions for fairly basic items such as yoghurts. frozen chips, bacon, to name but a few.
Confusion over readymade meals eg
Fish Pie not available so substituted with Cumberland Pie but as Cumberland Pie was also ordered separately it came up as unavailable?
No selected grapes or strawberries, 3 different sandwich fillers, 2 different cheeses were all unavailable!
Out of an order of £192, £20 of goods were unavailable.
To add insult to injury delivery was delayed by 2 hours out of a 1 hour slot arriving very late in the evening and disrupting our bedtime.
Will I be likely to use Morrisons home delivery again?

Personally I work in a chemical warehouse so I could have anything on my hands and contaminate the rolls that I don’t buy by handling them to tear off the rolls I want. Also they are hard before the end of the day. I will not be shopping in this store again until things change. It is a shame because the rest of the staff are polite and helpful when the manager isn’t there the rolls are always bagged by staff wearing gloves it’s just the attitude of the manager that stinks and I find her very unprofessional. I have spoken to quite a few local people and they all say the same. She is losing Morrisons a lot of customers.”
