Morrisons in New Greens is my local which I use a fair bit, although the shop tends to sell the more expensive items rather then their own brands the staff are extremely friendly and helpful Asma is particularly helpful and always friendly when she is working any problems she’ll deal with them straight away

Turned up at Morrisons Carlisle store at 10am to buy some Fillet Steak advertised on tv for half price , lo and behold I was told there was none as the delivery didn’t come. The butcher couldn’t look me in the eye so I knew he was lying and had probably been told not to put any out on the Sunday morning . I think it’s terrible that a store the size of Morrisons likes to dupe its customers into thinking they have great offers on when they don’t actually exist.

My motorcycle was stolen from Morrisons supermarket on Dewsbury Road in Wakefield Wednesday 11th June 2025 at 19:30hrs approximately. This was recovered by the store manager Craig and Ahmed the security guard a short time later after they gave chase, thankfully they both recovered the bike. The bike has been badly damaged Anyway my thanks go out to both of these great people who recovered my bike which was Craig and Ahmed - Thank you Guys

My wife booked a home delivery for between 0900 and 1000 today. Nothing had arrived by 1040 so she rang Morrisons. After holding on the phone (which we will be charged for) she was given a lame excuse and told the goods would arrive between 1300 and 1500. She went out for urgent business planning to be back in time. Whilst out she received a call to say the vehicle had arrived at our empty house and had gone away again. They then said it would arrive at 1800 hours. Guess what it's 1935 and it still isn't here. Absolutely pathetic. Also 4th week on the trot that they are out of BOB milk.

At the start of the month I found a metal shard in some Morrisons own bread rolls. Fortunately I realized in time and spat it out before it was consumed. I reported immediately and was asked for an array of information (batch number etc.) which I'm sure is important if there has been a contamination but also a picture of the roll and where exactly located in the roll the shard was... I have finally heard back today to be told they "have found no signs of damage or wear on their equipment" and that I'm being sent a £2 voucher, sorry for the experience. The voucher isn't really necessary more alarmingly I've seen no alerts or warning in the store that there may have been an issue, despite being requested to post the shard and the packaging

5 stars – Truly the Best Sourdough Available! As a diabetic, sourdough is the only bread I can eat, so I’ve tried many versions from various supermarkets – including M&S, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, and Lidl. None come close to the Best Crafted by Expert Bakers Hand Scored Seeded Sourdough Sliced Half Boule from Morrisons. The flavour, texture, and overall quality are simply outstanding. The crust is beautifully scored, the crumb is soft yet chewy, and the seeds add a perfect nutty touch. It’s clear this bread has been made with real expertise and care. Huge thanks to Morrisons and the Expert Bakers behind this loaf – you’ve created something truly special. Please keep it just as it is. Highly recommended!

Bought 2x sandwich platters for my 84 year old mum and her friends for VE Day celebration, along with some cake platters. The sandwich platters were extremely disappointing, the ladies could not believe that there was No butter on the sandwiches. Come on Morrisons, at the price you charge a little butter would be nice!!

Terrible!! Thought I'd do a test online order as I usually shop at Tesco. Everything seemed ok until I checked out then several items were said to be unavailable even though they were available on the website. The next day I get a text saying other items were also unavailable. When the driver turned up he said the baked goods I had ordered and were unavailable didn't get baked until later in the day and would only be available if my delivery slot was later in the day. I order 12 cans of pop, but only 8 turned up even though on the drivers sheet it said 12 had been dispatched. Overall a terrible first shop. I'll stick to Tesco where I hardly ever get an unavailable.

My wife and I spend a lot of money in morrisons, but the steak and ale pie was appalling, advitised as steak and ale pasty ,it was more like a stew ,potatoes, onion, carrots, and a minimal amount of steak which was inedible, please sort it out as as far as we are concerned morrisons is value and top products Kind regards Malcolm smith

I have ordered my shopping on several occasions online, I live near Headingly and the shopping is done at Harehills ! My order has been wrong every time and they left the security tag on the alcohol I had purchased, I placed an order Today and they had swapped 1 tin of catfood which I really needed for a box of cat biscuits which were double the price !! I wont be ordering from Morrisons any more and shall be advising family and friends to do likewise.

If you shop in Morrisons hatch end And have ever used the 8 for £10 offer that has been running for a few weeks in the frozen section please check your bills because the discount is not being applied. I was over charged by £13 pounds and had to argue for half an hour with the assistant manager pav who was very arrogant and even when the lady on the till told him it was a recurring problem didn’t really want to admit to it.

I frequently use self serve and very frequently the discounts are not applied, finally gave up today and left the shopping in the till. Sick of waiting in customer service queues for refund. Morrisons your useless and I’m boycotting them from now on, over priced and fleece you with not applied discounts at self serve.

5 Stars – Outstanding First Experience at Morrisons Hatch End! Just moved into the area and popped into the Hatch End Morrisons this weekend for a shop. It was my first time shopping at Morrisons—I'm usually a Tesco or Waitrose customer—but I have to say, I was *blown away* by the experience. The store layout is great, the prices are seriously competitive, and the staff were incredibly helpful. One person in particular stood out—Paul, one of the duty managers. It’s rare these days to come across someone who genuinely goes above and beyond, but Paul exceeded all expectations. We didn’t have a More Card at the time, and he took the time to explain how we could still collect points by calling customer service. Not only that, he stayed with us, jumped on the call himself, and helped get the points added to our account—all with a smile and a super helpful attitude. Massive thanks to Paul and the Morrisons Hatch End team. You’ve definitely gained a new loyal customer!

Just like to say that the customer service manager Jason is a credit to the High Wycombe store. Unfortunately I had to return an item to the store which I explained online using the contact form. Jason telephoned me the same day to get the problem resolved. A credit employee to Morrisons.
