“It didn’t make me “HAPPY “ , the queues were long. There wasn’t nearly enough staff on the shop floor. I searched it to ask for an item I couldn’t find (to NO AVAIL) simply no one there except for ladies on the tills. So l asked a member of staff working behind the cooked meats counter, simply because there wasn’t anyone else to ask! She was beyond helpful, came with me to search. I stupidly didn’t get her name, never-less l’d give her 5 stars!!! The shop ???? Perhaps not.”

“Bought whole fresh salmon today at reduced price of £9 a kilo. It was whole and in the freezer no small salmons. It was weighed with head and tail on. Assistant cut these off but charged full price. She did cut it up for us. The whole bone was left in. When cooked you can pull the bone out but plenty of other bones in. I have bought their whole salmon before which had been packaged. There was no head or tail on and it had been deboned. After paying over £20 very disappointed won't buy again.”
“The pickers are getting worse I cannot get to store so get delivery almost every week except for a couple there's been issue with dates ...out if date salmon as everyone knows fish poisoning us the worse ...
Yesterday's delivery ordered polony thought I'd try it it was out of date the date I got it ....I want now moving companies have had enough if the out of date food ....they pork some pork out if dare next day so I cooked it and had it for dinner that night five hours later violently sick no time to get to bathroom...this went on all night ...when you get old your stomach cannot take those problems as well ...
Do they just do this to the elderly and blind ...out of date food !!!!!

“I had online pick up from Worthing store & I been store when I see size of product which not right so i told staff just refund order money he said just apply online refund I did on same day now is 2 months still not received refund on my bank account I had 5-10 call customer service said account team will contact regarding refund still nothing happened so fed up with it never again buy future they are big thief in country so please be careful”

“I went into Morrisons today to quickly get 5 or 6 items. I had my shopping bag and was using that to shop with. I was approached by security by the checkouts and asked to decant my shopping into a basket. Then they questioned the Polo mints i was eating and whether i’d paid for them! Polo mints which i’d just bought at Morrisons petrol station whilst filling up on the way in, (receipt provided). I’m a long time customer of the shop, family of 5 so we spend a lot. Not keen on being made to feel like a criminal and in such a public way. Well done Morrisons! you clearly don’t trust your customers and single handedly seem to be looking to solve the big Polo Mint theft of the century. We wont be shopping there again, I hope it was worth it!”
“where do l begin? The only table suitable for my wheelchair was littered with crockery from the previous customer visit, my son cleared the table himself and put the tray on another table that hadn't been cleared. We had to wait ages for someone to wipe the table, l've never known someone so grumpy. He definitely shouldn't be working with people. Now the food and drink. The tea i ordered was disgusting, undrinkable. My son ordered hot chocolate, that was a joke, there was hardly any chocolate in it, again undrinkable. My breakfast that l ordered was edible, just, the best part was the buttered slice of toast. My son's meal was no better, scampi, chips and mushy peas. What has happened Morrisons? You used to be 10/10, you've just lost a very loyal and at one time satisfied customer.”

“Working at morrisons is terrible and made up depends who you are and who you no not how hard you work and how knowledgeable you are you can work hard for a company all your life and if your face doesnt fit they dont want you at all and too top matters off they put people in positions they were useless at years ago why is this no wonder morrisons is failing in areas in experienced workers no training poor in store management and just favourite people that are just continually milking the company with no 1 challenging them they also would rather keep peoppe stealing off them on regular basis also un proffesional managers who dont care if products pass its sell by date why i dont understand this mentallity as this effects profits i still think tge executives at morrisons are still oblivios to who creates issues at morrisons i am right in what i say very truthful morrisons use to be an household name but trully ruined me for uneccessary reasons other people who currently work therr should be assesed regulary for there work performance as a manager i never had disciplinary for work performance despite me not being wanted i feel that this is because of my wage at the time and annual pay rises nowadays the start pay for my role is about 50 percent less to what salary i was on on 12 years ago come on morrisons wheres your morales okay some people should have been given the bullet but so many people no in the end i was just a number not thqt the fact i could do the work of 3 to 5 people abd still manager a shift i think the executives and top bosses are at an uphill struggle to revive the business 1 key area is poor managers in wrong areas of the business if i was still at morrisons i could easily rip into stores and there standards and qaulity and make maangers accountable on there productivity which is none exsistent in many of your stores and i no this from past experience i am only writing this as morrisons was a big part of my life stolen away from me and i am still suffering now e.g by employing people into my role within the company which is insulting to be fair as back in the day when performance and hard work was monitored instead of your face fits these people would not be in there current positions they failed years ago so why now all of a sudden they can do this position within the company instore management and stores is clearly evident it is made up i hope someone from morrisons contacts me with a response maybe your ceo i would be grateful thanks”
