I try not to visit this store too often as is seems to be run by imbecilles.last time I lady on checkout was so slow it was untrue then it was staff changeover and all I heard from her was all about her ailmontsvisistedailmonts long it would take her to walk down the to the staff room doom ailsedoomoom !!! Today another mature lady on checkout who was more interested in what was happening elsewhere in store. It took her so long to give the guy in front of me his 47p change that her till alarm was going . She made no eye contact with me just looking around and at some points nearly standing up to have a good look. The amount was mumbled to me I put my card in after waiting nothing so I redid my card she then decided to press the button.another mumbled response.are you employing retards .shall not be rushing back .management pull your finger out this is the shop floor I shall vote with my feet .totally SHIT

Morrison cafe in hoddesdon, clearly the staff in there are lacking education. My food was incorrect when I approached the cashier he began to argue with me about my order. Disgusting behaviour. He hadn't even taken my order to staff with. The so called manager of the cafe not much better. I manage care homes I will not using the store or any othe Morrisons store in the future. Go sainsbury food is fresher and serve better.

Kirkby in Ashfield store. Bought meat for a BBQ and extremely disappointed. Really stringy and uneadable. Threw it all away. Quality of produce going downhill rapidly. We only use it for convenience but won't be making that mistake again.

Went to shop in store at Morton palms Darlington due to an incident ended up being called a prick by one of duty managers tried to complain to other manager their but to no avail was given no to phone by girl at customer service I called same day spoke to young man who said he would sort it out and get back waited several weeks had to ring again spoke to manager who said would sort it previous person had not reported full facts and get back few days and get area manager to ring waited a few weeks again rand again told had problems with system and would sort it told then I was going on holidays till 24/8/17 said would ring back then rand while I was on hols then rang again to day .My main problem with thisl is a was inform Ed by various people that the management in this company are a law to themselves .and cover each others backs the store managers have done this and I also think by the results of the complaint the customer services are in the same boat and none are customer focused may be not properly trained as it seams they do not listen but just talk away as if they are right .It is not the shops and lower staff that is the problem but the full management are they trying to run the stores down I heaved shop with them from when it was a proper family store but now I am Moe convinced that what a was told is true we will unfortunately not be going back and will not recommend them to any one as the store has been let down by the people who run it and let down the front line staff.

Disgusting behaviour from staff no customer service skills or communication with the public as they are workers . They staff swear at you Infront of Other staff and they don't care and ignore you . Really really poor staff need social skills training. Shouldn't have staff with bad behaviour, bad language and attitude. Giving a bad name to the company Morrison keighley. I required help even the senior manager started arguing with and making false accusations when I went for help disgusting

Stopped shopping at Morrison’s Cribbs Causeway Bristol two years ago as their standards had really dropped, a week ago I thought I would do some shopping there, well what can I say it’s exactly the same as two years ago nothing on the shelves, hardly any milk, no staff around to ask and the cashier was in such a rush basically throwing my food at me to pack into my shopping bag everything I purchased got squashed why he was in a rush I don’t know as there was no one else behind waiting to get served. I am now returning to my normal super market for my shopping will not be returning back to Morrison’s

Purchased 2 individual Pork Pies, Morrison's Own at the store in Maldon Essex along with other goods. These were the worst example of a pork pie I have had the misfortune to try. Pastry was soft and sandy in texture, meat was greasy and unpleasant in consistency. Not a sign of any jelly. Dispatched to the Bin!!

An absolute disgrace - Morrisons Burton upon Trent cafe. Been coming here for years but today 20th August 2017 was disgusting. Rude staff practically every table with dirty pots on, dirty pots at till, no one around to serve, customers waiting for basics milk for tea. Slow unmotivated staff, no supervision or management around!!!

I have always had a good experience with Morrisons' delivery, up until tonight. It really takes just one bad experience. The Morrisons delivery guy left with my groceries, and did not answer when I tried calling him back. I live in an area where there is a gate, so I have to go down and open the gate for him (it is written in my account details). When he called, I could not hear him properly, so he hung up on me. I ran downstairs to open the gate (took max 2 minutes), and I saw him drive away. I tried calling and texting him, but he obviously never picked up nor replied. This is the worst service and is an unacceptable experience.

Useless.....bought avocados on offer..... got charged full price at the till....were supposed to be ripe and ready.... were like concrete.... impossible to cut in half..... rang up to complain but just left on hold- twice..... rude woman on phone....nothing was Morrisons fault... will not be going back....

The wheels have dropped off this supermarket firm. Staff morale poor, staff cut-backs mean lousy service and shelves empty at all times of day. Management is poor and seldom visible. The only good thing now is their home delivery service. Never go to stores these days.

i went into a morrisons garage in eastbourne tuesday evening the person behind the counter was so busy on his phone did not even acknowledge me took my money and carried on with his phone call laughing and chatting away i made a complaint as i thought it was disguisting the person dealing with the complaint rang a disabled old lady which he had found her details from christmas order it just gets worse i think they all need training absolutely appauled over it all.

I used to be a big fan of morrissons and continued shopping there halfway in sheffield, but my last online order was completely wrong, I took off many items and added new ones but when the oder came all the stuff I took off came and the stuff I added didn't, when i complained , I had a horrible African woman being very condescending and sarcastic and unhelpful to me. Disgusted ex customer. Also the staff on the cigarette counter in store make you feel that your annoying them and disturbing their chats with their freinds , so I avoided that area of the store even before this happened.

Someone who once lived at our address had a County Court Judgement against them so Morrisons want me to prove when I moved in, who I am etc before they will honour my online order - which I have paid for in advance. Most intelligent retailers would look at the credit card details, see that payment has gone through and that I am not the person who had this judgement against them and want to deal with them. Not Morrisons. How to lose custom through daft customer management processes.

I bought morrisons own brand egg fried rice and gave it to my 10 year old son who was eating it & found a snail in it. Despite me sending an email & photographic evidence over a week ago, I still haven't heard from Morrisons!

Rude customer service, undelivered items , driver said he delivered all my order when he didnt and the only way I got a refund was after many calls emails and our cctv . Shame on you Morrisons!

Drove 7 miles for morisons chunky steak pies (as TV ad) Told don't have any, no idea when they'll be in. Ex customers now. Aldi pies great and cheaper. Bye

Constantly made me and others wait outside of Morrison's as they believed me or others would rob something. I do not respect this as I am 15 yeas of age and this made me late for school
