“for the last 4 days I have been to several branches trying to get the salmon advertised on offer £5 kilo . On each visit I am told its all sold, or its coming later of first thing so I have returned to be told the same thing. I have tried Bredbury, Denton and Hyde branch several times. I believe this is a ploy to get customers through the door & that the deliveries are not happening. It was confirmed to me off the record at one branch. just shopping around your branches must have cost £30 in fuel, I am disappointed.”

Despite making a customer complaint I have not yet received so much as an apology a month later. Instead I have been met by an extremely hostile customer service team. “Morrisons store on Outland Road in Plymouth: a hostile, rude, appallingly bullying culture from the staff against their customers, and the recent article in the Plymouth Herald has done nothing to improve their attitudes. Only go there if you want to be shouted at, insulted, treated rudely, asccused of theft, followed around, and forced to leave your shpping behind at the till because, suddenly and mysteriously, the staff cannot free the till to allow you to purchase it. All part of the customer service experience in this unpleasant store.”

“Went to collect my Christmas order from Morrison's Cardonald what a nightmare. I should have known as I didn't receive my promised email on confirmation of my order and when trying to call the number quoted on my leaflet got a dead line. My order was wrong and I had to remember from memory what I had ordered. When discussing the poor service with the manager he advised me that they didn't have enough stock all the orders. So why have a food ordering service Morrison's. He took no ownership of my complaint what so the Bourbon Gammon for 6 would only do 2 people.”

31.10.16 Internet customer service added 3000pts because missing items in my shop=should be 8230 points

13.11.16 shopping- I DIDN'T GET MY EXPECTED £10 IN VOUCHERS - was at baskets only till. Receipt shows 3230 (before today)+145 (today)=3375 points!!! WHERE'S MY £10?”
“I went to the fireworks display to buy some sparklers at the Kettering road Morrisons in Northampton. A lady called Michelle served me. She didn't explain the products very well. She let people push in the cue. While i was inquiring, she started chit-chatting with another customer. She let me wait to one side and think what to choose and let another customer be served, which is fine. But then she didn't ask if i was ready after that customer and served the whole cue before getting back to me.”
