I was shopping in morrison Walsall the one by the arboretum and was approched by a member of security and was acused of shoplifting this was very embarrassing.I was escorted out even tho they did not search me even tho i insisted. I work in retail myself and i understand the prosedures but i will NEVER shop in tha store agen i hope this is looked into. Fui the security guard was Chinese and ok one week comunicating a socialble the next throwing me out the store

Went to Morrison's at Hunters tryst Edinburgh, Went to the till 10 items and under, I went with a basket, with 3 bottles of juice and 11 small items, she moved to the other tills as I was over 10 items. I didn't count the small items so don't know how she counted them in the basket, anyway I went to another till and eventually got served, I explained this to the till operator , and she agreed that was over the top, and when is at the till she lets people in for items of 14.I filled in a survey , and then received a phone call from the store manager backing his assistant 100% up, Now I understand about where to draw the line on the amount of items in a basket, but she was a jobs worth, and she could not see I had 14 items in basket, as I thought I had 10 and we had the basket in the hand, last time in this shop, I would love to stand and watch how she counts how many items are in a basket, and I don't think this is customer service at all.

Bought a box of morrisons own size 5 nappies and they are terrible. I have tried lots of different supermarket branded nappies and these were by far the worst. No absorbency at all, to the point where my daughters clothing was constantly soaked no matter how many times I changed her. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I hate morrisons. I wanted a water gun, they gave me dog food. I just walked out without paying for the dog food.

I was disgusted with Morrisons. They should just shut down. I asked where the water guns were, they took me to dog food and put a tin in my trolley. Disgraceful

The lady that was helping at the self-service counters at the London Peckham branch was very rude, and slow to help. Had an unwelcoming face and her manner was, 'I couldn't be bothered'. This is not the first time. I will definitely not be shopping there again!

Customer service and lack of knowledge on consumer rights by Sikander (duty Manager) is non existant. My wife purchased a PS3 controller for our children a couple of months ago. A few days ago it developed a fault. Luckily we still had the receipt and I took it to the Morrissons store in small heath. I explained the fault to the duty manager who was at customer services and he clearly stated I would have got to contact sony for a repair. Now I do know a bit (i think) on consumer rights. My contract is with Morrissons. On behalf of myself they should be rectifying the fault with the controller and dealing with Sony. I tried explaining this to the duty manager but he was having none of it. I asked for the telephone no for Sony. His reply was 'I haven't got it and by the way the controller has got some wear and tear' Anyway I decided to end this conversation as I knew I was not getting anywhere and will now speak to Sony directly. By the way Morrissons management if you have children you will know that children do play. Wear and tear happens. My PS3 controller has got some light scratches on it. Lost another customer. Their loss.

My wife went to our local Sittingbourne store this evening and at 19:15 hrs tried to order a proffitter role desert to which the staff member refused to make one as they had already put away the cream and washed up my local asda always make up fresh deserts right up until store closing time to be told that we would have to go back tomorrow think I will go back to asda from now on there staff are much more helpful and friendly

I was in the great Harwood branch was disgusted how the young Asian manager was speaking to a member of his staff I am a manager myself and I would never speak to a member of my staff like that I think their is definitely a training issue needed in man management people have feelings and don't need power tripping managers intimidation is the worst kind of management

Worst company for service - placed my first order today for it to be cancelled the evening before it was due to be delivered. When I called I was told it was for my protection against fraud and could I send some proof of address in (which I did) - in the end my delivery wasnt available and they wouldnt even through in a token gesture (come on free £3 delivery isnt that much on a £305 order is it). Well needless to say - Hello and Goodbye Morrisons - Good Luck (as with that service you will need it).

It's really sad that morrisons use dodgy solicitors who use scare tactics to put people of claiming from them. My mum slipped on spilled milk in morrisons Chalk Farm and after staff were told they refused to see if my mum was ok, they did not fill out any incident forms and they did not clean up the spillage up to 10 minutes after being told. My sister had to put a basket over the spill to help keep other people safe. My mum twisted her knee and hurt her muscle which stopped her doing things comfortably for around 2 weeks. Now your using your solicitors who use scare tactics to try and stop me claiming. I will be sharing my story over Twitter and facebook and any review sites I can find and if you don't come back with a offer soon I will be using a claims company. You failed in your duty of care towards your customers so now fix the problem and compensate.

Very poor customer service today at wednesbury store, returned a bag for life as I had only used it once and the handle had sheared off causing me to drop my shopping all over the bus floor. Was told they are not replaceable ?. What's the idea of a bag for life then ? Returned item last week as it was 6 Months out of date to be told we do not check sell by dates No wonder they are losing out to lidls and also they don't deserve the custom.

I was treated like a shop-lifter when attempting to return an item on Monday. Complete lack of discretion or acceptance of my situation from customer service staff member Laura at the Aberystwyth store. I was told to return with more information which I did on the following Wednesday. Totally different customer service experience, Leo and Anthony the store manager were brilliant and did all they could to help put things right, but the wider circumstances behind this story and the way I was treated during my Monday visit mean I will never visit a Morrison's store again.

customer service is abysmal in Sidcup store. Clearly understand why your competitors Aldi, Sainsburys, Tesco do far better.
