“The staff at the great harwood branch are quite grumpy looking and not helpful at all in particular the cashiers who tend to be gossiping with customers. Compared to tesco down the road the staff are amateur for customer service.”
“Rubbish people at Enfield town. Store.. all perverts work here who have no respect for women.. as they are always staring at girls n passing comments.. I'm glad they're closing as I live Nearby.”
“Went shopping in Morrisons today but decided to get a spot of lunch first. We waited ten minutes for the milk to be replaced in the coffee machine and 20 minutes for a fork along with about 20 other people. We were told they were short staffed! To be fair they must be short staffed every time we go in there!
Come on Morrisons get your act together! Your food is lovely in the cafe and it could be just perfect if it was better staffed.
On a positive note.....
Fair play to the young male member of staff in there at lunch time today who took the time to help a disabled elderly lady. He spent time with her cutting up her dinner for her, opening sachets of sauce for her and continuously returning to top her coffee up for her.
It was lovely to see a young lad respecting and caring for an elderly lady in need. Fair play young man. Feel good that you have really helped someone today!!????????????????????”
“Very disappointed! We have just returned from a visit to Morrison's Westcroft, Milton Keynes. We went to the 10 items or less till,a lady behind us who was at least 80 started to unpack her basket, when she had half of it unpacked the woman on the till told her "sorry love,10 items or less" now I understand that till helps people with less items to get in and out quicker and is a great idea as I detest the self scanners, however there was no one in the queue behind this lady, the woman on the till said she felt bad but she would get in trouble. I would hate to think your staff training didn't include a little bit of leeway but then again I suppose you can't train someone to have compassion and common sense.”
“Morrisons Doxford Park Have complained for nearly 3 years at this store for out of date gluten free items on shelf!! Have complained to store and head office and told to shop elsewhere!!!!!!!!! Today charge £1 for potatoes which shelf price say 67p!!!!!!! When I checked receipt thankfully before I left store had been charged for 2 saving stamps which I don't collect and had to queue 10 minutes at customer service for refund!!!!!!!”
“Went for breakfast at the Dumfries store, waited ages, it was delivered by a guy in his 50's I would say, who never said a word and practically threw the plates on the table, gave small one to partner and large one to me but more or less in the middle of the table!! It was then so cold we couldn't eat it!!!! Also when getting a tray, they were all piled up but all dirty!!!! Would never go back, disgraceful”
“I often shop in morrisons Solihull and the other day I asked the butcher whose name is dave for 2 8oz fillet steaks well he huffed and he puffed and made me feel inferior he was so miserable I told him to forget it I wont be shopping at morrisons again”
“Morrisons BEVERLEY
Absolutely disgusted by staff at Morrisons Beverley. A staff was chatting with few customers while I was waiting for him to finish talking and ask for help regarding a cereal which I buy regularly . He completely ignored me and started walking away. I followed him and he started walking quickly. Once I caught hold of him he was absolutely useless. He said NO and didn't bother to go a have a look.
Then I found 3 staff chatting and when they saw me approach them one gave a very disinterested look and passed me to a different staff who said it must be in stock and to come and have a look tomorrow and started chatting straight away.
I have been going to morrisons in beverley for 5 years and it's always been the same.
Sort out your lazy staff Morrisons!!!”
“I could swear there bread as got smaller, gone back to aldi, morrisons seem to be a big profit making company no wonder there failing, saved a fotune at aldi, morrisons not for me ever again.”

Fui the security guard was Chinese and ok one week comunicating a socialble the next throwing me out the store”
“Went to Morrison's at Hunters tryst Edinburgh, Went to the till 10 items and under, I went with a basket, with 3 bottles of juice and 11 small items, she moved to the other tills as I was over 10 items. I didn't count the small items so don't know how she counted them in the basket, anyway I went to another till and eventually got served, I explained this to the till operator , and she agreed that was over the top, and when is at the till she lets people in for items of 14.I filled in a survey , and then received a phone call from the store manager backing his assistant 100% up, Now I understand about where to draw the line on the amount of items in a basket, but she was a jobs worth, and she could not see I had 14 items in basket, as I thought I had 10 and we had the basket in the hand, last time in this shop, I would love to stand and watch how she counts how many items are in a basket, and I don't think this is customer service at all.”
“Bought a box of morrisons own size 5 nappies and they are terrible. I have tried lots of different supermarket branded nappies and these were by far the worst. No absorbency at all, to the point where my daughters clothing was constantly soaked no matter how many times I changed her. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.”
“I was disgusted with Morrisons. They should just shut down. I asked where the water guns were, they took me to dog food and put a tin in my trolley. Disgraceful”
“The lady that was helping at the self-service counters at the London Peckham branch was very rude, and slow to help. Had an unwelcoming face and her manner was, 'I couldn't be bothered'. This is not the first time. I will definitely not be shopping there again!”
“Customer service and lack of knowledge on consumer rights by Sikander (duty Manager) is non existant.
My wife purchased a PS3 controller for our children a couple of months ago. A few days ago it developed a fault. Luckily we still had the receipt and I took it to the Morrissons store in small heath. I explained the fault to the duty manager who was at customer services and he clearly stated I would have got to contact sony for a repair.
Now I do know a bit (i think) on consumer rights. My contract is with Morrissons. On behalf of myself they should be rectifying the fault with the controller and dealing with Sony.
I tried explaining this to the duty manager but he was having none of it. I asked for the telephone no for Sony. His reply was 'I haven't got it and by the way the controller has got some wear and tear'
Anyway I decided to end this conversation as I knew I was not getting anywhere and will now speak to Sony directly.
By the way Morrissons management if you have children you will know that children do play. Wear and tear happens. My PS3 controller has got some light scratches on it.
Lost another customer. Their loss.”
“My wife went to our local Sittingbourne store this evening and at 19:15 hrs tried to order a proffitter role desert to which the staff member refused to make one as they had already put away the cream and washed up my local asda always make up fresh deserts right up until store closing time to be told that we would have to go back tomorrow think I will go back to asda from now on there staff are much more helpful and friendly”
“I was in the great Harwood branch was disgusted how the young Asian manager was speaking to a member of his staff I am a manager myself and I would never speak to a member of my staff like that I think their is definitely a training issue needed in man management people have feelings and don't need power tripping managers intimidation is the worst kind of management”
“Worst company for service - placed my first order today for it to be cancelled the evening before it was due to be delivered. When I called I was told it was for my protection against fraud and could I send some proof of address in (which I did) - in the end my delivery wasnt available and they wouldnt even through in a token gesture (come on free £3 delivery isnt that much on a £305 order is it).
Well needless to say - Hello and Goodbye Morrisons - Good Luck (as with that service you will need it).”
“It's really sad that morrisons use dodgy solicitors who use scare tactics to put people of claiming from them. My mum slipped on spilled milk in morrisons Chalk Farm and after staff were told they refused to see if my mum was ok, they did not fill out any incident forms and they did not clean up the spillage up to 10 minutes after being told. My sister had to put a basket over the spill to help keep other people safe. My mum twisted her knee and hurt her muscle which stopped her doing things comfortably for around 2 weeks. Now your using your solicitors who use scare tactics to try and stop me claiming. I will be sharing my story over Twitter and facebook and any review sites I can find and if you don't come back with a offer soon I will be using a claims company. You failed in your duty of care towards your customers so now fix the problem and compensate.”
