Neglected Staff Poor Service Terrible Managers Shopped in the North for a while and amazing how the shopping experience is so similar from store to store. The Store Managers are rude and where possible will avoid contact with customers (especially me). Been shopping at Morrisons for over 20 years and some of the staff i have seen time and time again, clearly you can tell they are miserable and the more time passes the more miserable they are getting, no wonder we as customers get poor service, cannot blame the staff but the management. The new company owners are not really doing a good job. Sale stock is never there and just the price label is not good to me without the product, always told they have sold out.... dissapointing. The manager at Idle store has to be the rudest, told me i need to shop elsewhere if im not happy. I am close to a staff member in the Thornbury store who is planning her escape from Morrisons, if staff dont want to stay why would customers want to? Im off to Lidls after i submit this. avoid the hassle just go to Lidl! no overcharges, simple layout, simple strategy, good experience, friendly staff and no ill medieval managers who cant handle constructive feedback. Ive complained to many times to expect this to be sorted now so not like ive not given them a chance. Somebody at the top obviously doesnt care. no wonder share price is falling.

Morrisons have sunk to a new low by trying to lure you into the store with offers that don't exist. This is the latest in a long line of con tricks that they have used. Last Friday they sent out an email stating that Bombardier Sapphire Gin was £15 a Ltr. When I called at the store today (Monday), the staff informed me that the offer ended on Saturday. Another 1 day offer or just a trick to lure you into the shop? I left my shopping in store and departed and would encourage anyone else to do the same and teach these cheating scum bags a lessons. The forefathers of this once great company would be turning in their graves if they knew the underhand tactics that the present management are using.

Do not book your Xmas turkey with morrisons. I did last year and when I went to collect on Xmas eve, as arranged, they didn't have it. They told me, oh sorry they've all gone now! I had to take two smaller birds because it was far too late to try anywhere else. What was the point in ordering it, if they weren't going to put it aside form me? They don't seem to know what an order is! This is absolutely true. It was the Chelmsford branch. I will never, ever order another thing from them. Neither will any of my family, I can tell you because this affected a lot of peoples' Christmas.

Nothing Changes at Morrisons Still Appalling 'Customer Service' ! Morrisons 'Customer Service' and store 43, Merrion Centre, Woodhouse Ln, Leeds LS2 8PJ The Worse in the UK ! Our Complaints Mirror that of Many but particular the Leeds Merrion centre store. Self checkout and the complete disregard for customer respect by the same individual who looks like a female prison guard and snipes around with ugly distaste at customers yes the very same customers that pay their wages! This has gone on for Years !!! Politeness is met with vulgarity and disrespect and yes don't dare call this person "Love" a common phrase by many from Yorkshire, She'll bite your head off !!! The Pricing is appalling much of it reflects on the shelf half of what it actually is! Now that's Not a way to beat ALDI and LIDL is it but that's the best Morrisons have, deception ! When one points this out nothing is done but rudeness and embarrassment for the waiting customer as if they are at fault ! As for Morrisons 'Bradford' so called 'Customer Service' they are the rudest most impolite most arrogantly indifferent so called 'customer service' on earth a complete contradiction of what they allegedly stand for. Recommendations, take your money elsewhere and save not only huge amounts of saving and get better quality but also experience improved Customer service not the absurd excuse of whatever Morrisons justify it to be. We like so many shoppers are now ALDI shoppers, yes Morrisons You've Lost our Large Grocery shop income to a much better Grocery chain that actually does what it says on the tin, Not like YOU!

Morrisons Cleveleys Dry Cleaning Dept. Assistant refused to take my cleaning because it had pet hairs on it. It was a substantial amount of cleaning (15 shirts and 4 pair trousers). She said I couldn't have had my laundry done there before. In actual fact, I have had my cleaning done there for at least 2 years, and quite a lot of it. Quite where this woman's head was I don't know, as I imagine that 90% of cleaning has some hair on it. I should have realised that Morrisons were a special sort of stupid after they charged me a pound for a teabag in their cafe, because the tea couldn't drag itself out of the pot, it was that weak. I can't say if other stores are like this one, but everything is just too much trouble for them.

Dear Morrisons In your store on the Isle of Sheppey I saw a product advertised as a "Manx style Kipper" This is not a Manx Kipper, nor is it a Manx style Kipper, the only thing this abomination has in common with a Manx Kipper is that it began life as a herring. We take our herring and smoke them for hours over smouldering wood chips until it takes on a deep substantial flavour and a smell that can penetrate armoured glass. A Manx kipper is a food item of gobal significance, right up there with Pata Negra Ham, Vacherin Cheese, Whitstable Native Oysters, and Blufin Tuna Sashimi. What you have in that display fridge is a dead fish dipped in floor varnish. Please do not insult my nation by associating it with the Isle of Man Butch Buttery The Boat House Head Road Douglas IM1 5BF

Morrisons rochdale. Very very poor service with customer relations. When shopping today I asked a supervisor for assistance when he was walking towards me and when I said have you got a minute I was flatly told no and just no, then walked off. All I can say is if thats how the management deal with customers it's no wonder morrisons sales are down. Back to Aldi I think.

The staff at the great harwood branch are quite grumpy looking and not helpful at all in particular the cashiers who tend to be gossiping with customers. Compared to tesco down the road the staff are amateur for customer service.

Went shopping in Morrisons today but decided to get a spot of lunch first. We waited ten minutes for the milk to be replaced in the coffee machine and 20 minutes for a fork along with about 20 other people. We were told they were short staffed! To be fair they must be short staffed every time we go in there! Come on Morrisons get your act together! Your food is lovely in the cafe and it could be just perfect if it was better staffed. On a positive note..... Fair play to the young male member of staff in there at lunch time today who took the time to help a disabled elderly lady. He spent time with her cutting up her dinner for her, opening sachets of sauce for her and continuously returning to top her coffee up for her. It was lovely to see a young lad respecting and caring for an elderly lady in need. Fair play young man. Feel good that you have really helped someone today!!????????????????????

Very disappointed! We have just returned from a visit to Morrison's Westcroft, Milton Keynes. We went to the 10 items or less till,a lady behind us who was at least 80 started to unpack her basket, when she had half of it unpacked the woman on the till told her "sorry love,10 items or less" now I understand that till helps people with less items to get in and out quicker and is a great idea as I detest the self scanners, however there was no one in the queue behind this lady, the woman on the till said she felt bad but she would get in trouble. I would hate to think your staff training didn't include a little bit of leeway but then again I suppose you can't train someone to have compassion and common sense.

Went for breakfast at the Dumfries store, waited ages, it was delivered by a guy in his 50's I would say, who never said a word and practically threw the plates on the table, gave small one to partner and large one to me but more or less in the middle of the table!! It was then so cold we couldn't eat it!!!! Also when getting a tray, they were all piled up but all dirty!!!! Would never go back, disgraceful

Morrisons BEVERLEY Absolutely disgusted by staff at Morrisons Beverley. A staff was chatting with few customers while I was waiting for him to finish talking and ask for help regarding a cereal which I buy regularly . He completely ignored me and started walking away. I followed him and he started walking quickly. Once I caught hold of him he was absolutely useless. He said NO and didn't bother to go a have a look. Then I found 3 staff chatting and when they saw me approach them one gave a very disinterested look and passed me to a different staff who said it must be in stock and to come and have a look tomorrow and started chatting straight away. I have been going to morrisons in beverley for 5 years and it's always been the same. Sort out your lazy staff Morrisons!!!
