“Food options and portion sizes are great. However, about every second week, there is an ingredient, or a recipe missing from the delivery. The packaging of items could be better - we have had vegetables squashed by meat or waterlogged. Finally, occasionally the recipe instructions can be a bit vague, or overly expectant on what staple ingredients you have in the pantry.”

“Great variety of tasty recipes with clear instructions. Overall, products included are fresh and good quality. On three occasions the delivery has been left on its side resulting in damaged product (eggs broken etc) it seems the box is carried by one handle vertically. At times the leafy products become wilted prior to use by date and best before dates on proteins (in particular poultry) are short. I raised this with customer care and was advised to put product in the freezer. Whilst I accept this suggestion may be necessary for fish products not being consumed early on, I do not care to freeze proteins and am able to purchase such products at the supermarket with dates that allow just refrigeration prior to consumption. Thank you for the opportunity to give feedback.”

“Meals are great - most full of veg so feel relatively healthy for a family with two growing kids. Not all meals work out and are delicious, but on the whole, they're quite good. At times, we look at the ingredients for a meal and question whether or not we could have bought the ingredients ourselves for half the price (which I imagine we could), but the convenience of not thinking about menus, ingredients and delivery does mean we keep ordering. Some recipes call for a lot of home staples, meaning there seem to be only a handful of ingredients supplied. In those moments I question value for money in particular. Would love to see less waste in the packaging - so many ice packs and plastic and paper and a big box to deal with each week - are there more environmentally-friendly options? Overall, we're happy but I'm not yet convinced we'll continue long-term.”

“I love the meals and different flavours I’ve tried different places but this is my favourite and have stuck with them for the last 3 months but I will say I’m not always happy with the quantity of meat for family of 6 and the fresh produce has not always been fresh and the delivery service my boxes are usually damaged causing damage to veges like tomatoes and onions and lettuce usually arrives brown bar a few occasions”

“MFB takes all the stress out of meal preparation and grocery shopping - I love that I don’t have to think about what meals I’m going to make day in and day out! The variety in meals is awesome and the food always tastes delicious. Absolutely worth purchasing!”

“My Food Bag has been pretty great since we moved from another food delivery company. There has been a few minor issues but the Customer Love team has resolved them efficiently. Produce is great, recipes are delicious and makes dinner so much easier!”

“Nice to try different tastes and ways of cooking. Also good to know I have dinner sorted for Monday to Friday. Would be great if it would cater to rural delivery and my gluten free food bag would have flexible amount of meals/people to reduce food wastage. Fresh produce and meat. Packaging/transport at times can damage some goods on arrival usually the vegetables.”

“I started MFB with some trepidation but we are really happy with the variety of food we are now eating and far more vegetables than previously. The meat is excellent quality and always free range. There are little free treats and extras to purchase if required. Service is excellent, staff have been super helpful.”

“Loving getting my food bag, so exciting opening it and have loved 99% of meals, which I think is very high percentage. Every thing is so tasty, fresh and flavoursome ,have found the staff extremely helpful when I've needed to chat to them.”

“It is so great not to have to choose what’s for dinner! I am happy to cook but after a day of decision making, it is always a relief to have the dinner decision made for me. The ingredients are always very high quality, often better than I can easily source locally.”

“We really enjoy the convenience and variety !y Food Bag brings to our evening meals. Most are really delicious and very simple to prepare. It’s great not to have to think about what’s for dinner. The majority of the produce is top notch and often includes items we don’t see for sale in our area. For example cuts of meat not available. The only negative I would say is that there are not enough greens for us with most meals so we supplement.”
