OK - you asked for a review It's a car park You park your car You collect your car What could be better? Let me tell you... Why aren't the parking areas closest to the terminal open? Why did we have to park so far away? I could have saved myself a long walk if the other parking areas were open. You can wait longer for the bus than it takes to walk to the terminal so why not open those car parks that are closest to the terminal? If you opened up the parking areas nearest to the terminal most people would walk, so that would be a tick in your Green credentials box and you could quote how many Kg of CO2 you had saved by getting people to walk instead of getting the bus. Or does that just put the bus drivers out of a job - if so then you need to go for a Dial a Ride service with a couple of minibuses. Try it Cheers Rob

After leaving my vehicle at Newcastle long stay park , I retuned to find my car and the one next to it with the back windows open. I stopped at the office to inform the staff that it may be worth checking round. Cutting the story short I was accused of not having my head In the right mood as I was going on holiday and that the staff don't go round opening car windows. Where was the concern for the publics property . Basically couldn't be bothered. Not using it again.

Terrible experience. The automatic system did not reconise my number plate. V embarrassing and I had to reverse out and pay twice. A rip off

we fly from Newcastle airport 5 to 6 times a year .after parking the car which is always in the furthest away from the airport even though there is lots of empty car parks near to the airport there is never a bus around to take us to the airport we always end up walking and as we pass the exit of the parking we find the buses parked up near the barrier if we waited for a bus to take us to the airport we would probably miss the flight

Booked - approximately 2 weeks before departure. From instructions was told the gates would open by vehicle number plate -this did not happen and we had to take ticket - on coming out in the early hours of the morning - freezing and frosty there was queue of people who were not able to get out and needing to attend the office - this also happened to me - lucky I had my information on phone off booking - when presented to the office they took information and authorised the card - the man behind the desk never spoke one word to me in acknowledgement / or apology - very very poor customer service and very bad mannered

I had prepaid my parking at the airport but for unknown reasons on my entry to the parking zone my car's numberplate was not recognised by the camera. I entered at 3.30 am. On attempting to leave the car park the machine indicated I needed to pay an extra £58. As a result i had to reverse from the exit barrier to create space for other cars. Fortunately I had paperwork with me and my ticket was validated by a member if staff. Not a pleasant experience.

On returning from our holiday on 30 December we put our ticket in the machine to leave the car park and were asked to pay £81 before being allowed to leave even though we had already paid at the time of booking. We had to then go into the reception where we were told if we did not have proof of payment we would have to pay before being allowed to leave the car park. Luckily we did have the paperwork but the man on reception was very rude.

I used this facility most times when flying for the convenience of parking and fast track. This time when I went to fastrack it wasn't recognised, very embarrasing infront of the other que sniggering. Then on a very cold night when attempting to leave the carpark it said the ticket had expired. I called for assistance and he wouldn't let me through until I went through my luggage to get our my reference number. Surely the fact you can recognise my number plate should have been adequate. Again I had the embarrasment of a long que behind me! NOT at all satisfied in this instance

Very disapointed as i had to park in section I and the car park signs were saying 'car park full' yet section a and b was all closed and in darkness. I use newcastle airport at least twice a year and in 2015 i will be using it 3 times. I know its december and its out of season but a lot of people like me still like to get away this time of year and dont want to walk far to get back to there cars.

When I returned back to be vehicle from my weekend break to Barcelona, I witnessed that my drivers wing mirror had been hit. This was bent forward and left, so the person who done this didn't even have the brains to put the mirror back to what it should be. My wing mirror now has a scratch on the paint work of it. I paid over £30 for 3 nights parking at Newcastle airport., for my car to be damaged. What exactly was I paying for?

We had to wait 10 min for someone to answer the phone as our ticket wouldn't open the gate we had payed all fees the gate should have opened straight away wasn't happy at all

Paid in advance for medium stay car park, when trying to leave ticket wouldn't work, help button not answered, had to reverse out of barrier disrupting other users. Finally found the office to have my card revalidated. Really disappointing experience

As we entered the car park the machine did not give us a ticket but the barrier went up so we parked. Upon exit we had to argue forcibly with a 'voice' in the machine to leave. Not a pleasant experience at all! We were told repeatably that the 'system' would not allow us to enter without supplying a ticket!! Get your system sorted out!!

When I arrived back I had to wait, and ring a number as no one was there it was cold and I had Buisness guests with me, I would have been quicker staying in the normal car park, your attendant when he arrived said he was told the arrival wasn't for 30 min, this is bad if you are not checking the arrivals, but actually the plane was spot on time.
