Selection offered and ease of using website excellent. Food excellent quality. All drivers we have are cheerful, helpful and very polite. Excellent time keeping too.

The Ocado drivers are, without exception, polite, friendly and well turned out. On the rare occasion when a delivery is delayed, the drivers always call to apologise and give an estimated time of arrival. I have only once received an incorrect order which was rectified swiftly and efficiently by the customer service team. The quality and condition of perishable goods is excellent and I have never had cause to complain.

My Ocado experience is mostly good – time slots when I need them, good value for good products. Drivers are mostly very polite and on time, hence the "good rating". On the downside; some of the fresh food can have short use by dates, bags can be over packed and food damaged or has just one item. One or two drivers have been very rude, but that is not common. The biggest worry, with Ocado, after being a customer for a few years is if something really goes wrong, which has happened a few times. Problems happen in all business and how they respond is the key and I am not always impressed by the way they cope with the big problems; they need to take some more responsibility and show some leadership when these rare big problems occur.

Drivers are friendly and almost always on time. When they're not, they always call to let you know their ETA. In three years, I've only ever had one problem and customer service were very gracious in their response afterwards. The only issue is that Ocado doesn't seem to add new product lines when requested, or repsond to the requests with an explanation.

Excellent range, food is always in good condition. Drivers are timely and really helpful. Very rarely late and always contact if a traffic delay etc. 1 hour delivery slot very good.

Was very happy with my first delivery from ocado. Everything was straight forward and delivery driver was very pleasant. All fresh food had long best before dates.

The shopping experience is good but the website should be more smarter..for instance the vouchers which are sent via email to me should be automatically applied to my shopping basket.

I enjoyed receiving my goods at home in stead of carrying heavy bags. Much of the service was good but I was not happy with the way some of it was packed. My chocolate muffins were squashed having been placed in a bag underneath a large pack of toilet rolls and my raw chicken was in a bag next to my cheese. Although both the cheese anid the chicken had their own wrappers if there had been any damage to those wrappers, as can easily happen, the chicken could have contaminated the cheese so giving us food poisoning. When packing my own shopping in store I always pack raw meat separately and after the recent findings regarding raw chicken in particular I consider it essential.

We'd like to apologise to you for any annoyance that has been caused to you with the packing of the chicken with the cheese, we would like to reassure you that we carry out tests on the packaging of the raw meat & fish and have found that the heat sealing process on these has improved significantly and therefore provide a greater barrier from contamination, we will of course pass on your comments to the relevant teams regarding this.
