“Very good alternative to the normal big shed supermarkets. Prices are competitive and Waitrose Essentials are the same price as Sainsbury's Basics and Tesco Everyday Value, though better quality. Ocado own brand products as good as the Waitrose offering. My only compliant is their deliveries are not always on time. If you have not tried Ocado, try them now, you probably won't go back!”

“First use with Ocado (in fact any online shopping and delivery store) and I was very impressed - the communication regarding the delivery, the delivery person was very polite - all arrived on time, in fact ahead of time (after checking with me that was convenient). The only small thing was that when I started unpacking one of the bags the lid on a jar of cranberry sauce had obviously opened at some point from the warehouse, so I had to wash off all the other items in the same bag. But it was a minor thing and just unfortunate, so it certainly won't stop me from using Ocado again.”

“My order was canceled and I had to reorder with delivery the following day. I received a voucher for the inconvenience caused but it was very unpleasant nevertheless since I needed my groceries on the day I had chosen initially. Otherwise I think Ocado is a great service, wide choice of products and great delivery service.”

“There is a fabulous range of products that I cannot get anywhere else. I love the watermelon juice and the wide range of fruit and vegetable juices. I love the vouchers that help to save more.”

“I have shopped on line with Ocado for three consecutive weeks now and each time the service has been excellent. I previously shopped on line with Asda, but their dot com service had deteriorated and become very poor. The Ocado online shopping website is also vastly superior to Asda's and is a pleasure to use.”
