“I switched to Ocado recently. So far I've been very pleased by the knowledge and attitude of the delivery drivers, by the fact that there were no substitutes in my orders and by the precise communication I received. Additionally, I find the free delivery very appealing - perhaps the threshold can be lower than £40 - 25 or 30. Finally, I'm pleased that Ocado made some special complements such as the free delivery for 3 months and some other offers and gifts. So far, I have no other suggestions for improvement.”

“I've never shopped with ocado before. The delivery came early, and the driver was very helpful and polite. The food was top quality, so very impressed with the whole lot!”

“Easy to place order and book delivery. Very pleased that I could combine my grocery shop and pet shop from Fetch into one delivery. Even though I'd placed order the night before delivery was due, I still had a courtesy email and text letting me know that my order had no substitutions, the name of the driver and the delivery van colour and registration. I've only done two shops so far and compared with other home delivery providers, Ocado stands out with it's customer service. So glad I gave them a go!”

“My first online shop, I was a bit skeptical. Registering and using the site was easy. Came when it was supposed to, delivery person was really lovely, helpful and explained everything. The order was correct. Will do it again.”
