“Second time Iv done my food shopping. Was surprise that all my veg and fruit was going to be out off date with in two days off delivery. As I was on the understanding that most off what I had order had at least 4 days.”

We display a life guarantee on our website for all the fresh items we sell. The number displayed relates to the number of days of use you can expect, including the delivery day. If you book your chosen delivery slot before browsing the website, this will not only give you accurate stock availability, but displays the life guarantee of the item you can expect for your day of delivery. “Very pleasant driver who explained everything to us about how the shopping was bagged. We had 2 substitutions only one of which we were happy with. The driver took back the products we didn't want and a refund was given very quickly”

“I decided a while ago that it's better for us if we start to use organic toiletries, eat organic food, drink organic home made juices and I'm happy that I found you as I can buy from you most of my needed things. I'm happy with your on line shop as everything has a proper accurate and real description and also I'm happy with the delivery”

“I switched to Ocado recently. So far I've been very pleased by the knowledge and attitude of the delivery drivers, by the fact that there were no substitutes in my orders and by the precise communication I received. Additionally, I find the free delivery very appealing - perhaps the threshold can be lower than £40 - 25 or 30. Finally, I'm pleased that Ocado made some special complements such as the free delivery for 3 months and some other offers and gifts. So far, I have no other suggestions for improvement.”

“Easy to place order and book delivery. Very pleased that I could combine my grocery shop and pet shop from Fetch into one delivery. Even though I'd placed order the night before delivery was due, I still had a courtesy email and text letting me know that my order had no substitutions, the name of the driver and the delivery van colour and registration. I've only done two shops so far and compared with other home delivery providers, Ocado stands out with it's customer service. So glad I gave them a go!”
