“I ordered a delivery for Friday night prior to a dinner party on Saturday.My app suggested a few hours late but this was fine given I needed the order. At the end of my allotted time slot the driver rang to say they were told not to deliver. Why wait until the end of the time slot when you clearly couldn't deliver all day? This was followed by waiting 25minutes on the phone to reorder to then find the next available slot was Sunday (ie too late). The phone operator said that if they had known earlier they may have managed to get an earlier Saturday order, further infuriating me. You knew you had major problems so why not get ahead of the situation and rebook people to the following morning? Ridiculous.”

“I felt that in terms of volume of shopping i.e. how much we actually stocked up with, it wasn't as good as ASDA would have been for the same price. In fact, I did a like for like comparison shop, with Ocado open in one window, and ASDA open in another. I do really liked Ocado's greater range of choice and your user interface worked more intuitively than ASDA's, making it much easier to use. The driver was great too. Really friendly and helpful. However we were amazed he had driven from Weybridge, Surrey to Brighton to deliver our order.”

“Great service overall. The website was easy to use, items were easy to find and being able to sort by items on offer was really useful. Our delivery driver was fabulous. Talked me through the whole service from the receipt to the reason for the colour coding on the bags.”

“I used Ocado for the first time last week and it was a great service! They go above and beyond with their service - My delivery man was very friendly, informative and helpful, the food was super fresh and they didn't miss anything off my list and I didn't need any substitutes! I also love that they organise everything into Fridge, Cupboard and Freezer bags, makes life easier when you're putting it away. Not only that, the reciept has put the products in order of when they go out of date!....No one else does that! Overall, I love the attention to detail and I will be using Ocado deliveries from now on!”

“I got my first Ocado shop last week and was really really pleased with it...everything was sorted into specific bags (freezer, fresh, cupboard) and the bags were labelled. Probably the most impressive thing for me was that the receipt doubled as a list for the fridge in date order! Absolutely would recommend Ocado!”
