“Really impressed with the service. Text msg's sent confirming delivery details and any substitons. Refunds dealt with on line although I have needed this as yet. Goods packed in to colour coded bags depending on fridge/freezer/cupboard categories which is great for unpacking I also love how the receipt is laid out to show you what items need using up in what order. You also get a voucher if it was more expensive than Tesco online which is great and very honest of them. Can't fault the service or the products.”

“Generally ok, however some fresh food has shorter use by dates than you can select in a standard supermarket. Delivery service is efficient and the drivers always very polite and professional.”

It's great to hear that you like the service & your drivers are always polite Darren, but we're sorry to hear that you're not happy with the use by dates on the fresh food you have been receiving. We do display the minimum life guarantee for all of our fresh products on the website to help plan with meals. You can always see this information by clicking onto the products on the website. Please be aware that this does include the day of delivery. “Ocado offer a good range of products at competitive prices. The delivery slots are convenient and I like the chance to see when they are already in my area. The delivery drivers are friendly and informative. Overall a good experience”

“Excellent service! Sadly I forgot to claim my £20 discount voucher but, as I got the prosecco cheaper than anywhere else, I don't mind. The driver was extremely helpful & very helpful.”

“We were a bit disappointed with the dates on some items. Strawberries dated for 21st May were already going a bit mushy and trimmed green beans had a lot of dark brown blotches that needed cutting out as the beans were going off. That meant we had to use them all today, which wasn't what we had originally planned! If I had been in the supermarket myself, I would have bought neither the strawberries or the beans because they did not look fresh enough! The lamb steaks - two packs - one was significantly smaller than the other by 70grams. I would have chosen two packs of similar size. Otherwise, ok. But not as goos as last time!!”

Oh goodness, we'ere really sorry to hear that Joanna, especially as you had to use it all on the day. We can understand this must have been very inconvenient, and we hope that we haven't ruined your weeks meal plans. We're also sorry to hear about the odd sizes of the lamb steaks in the order.
