“My first shop at Ocado.... Fantastic..... Will be using again.”

“First shop - booked for 11-12 noon, rang in at 12.20 as it had not arrived, phone operative said that the driver had been early! She then called the driver who said he'd earlier broken down (hmmm....), but was 2 mins away. 10 mins later he arrived and said that 'someone' should have called us to let us know (they hadn't). I was very close to missing a flight as a result! Not good I'm afraid.”

Oh goodness, we're sorry to hear about this Audrey, especially as you almost missed your flight. You're driver should have contacted you if they are running behind or early to keep you informed. We're really sorry for the experience that you have had, especially as it was your first shop. We can assure you that this is not a regular occurrence. We do hope that you do decide to give us another try, as we would love to show you the great shopping experience that we are normally renowned for. Once again our sincere apologies for any inconvenience that has been caused.

“Website is easy to use and the checkout process is quicker than most sites. Received a nice reminder message with the driver and vehicle details. Once the driver arrived he called to say he was outside and then carried the shopping up two flights of stairs and then explained all the different bags and the receipt. Could not of asked for better service”

“It was very easy to order online, to pay via PayPal and arrange delivery. The delivery driver was polite, knowledgeable and explained the receipt, deliveries etc. The food and other products are of excellent quality. I will be doing more online shopping with Ocado.”

“I live Ocado. They have fantastic offers, my shop came up much cheaper than expected. I am an avid Aldi fan, but I found the quality quite poor. I often had to throw fruit and vegetables away. I've never had the problem with Ocado/waitrose products. They are perfect. Delivery is a breeze, drives are polite and helpful. Will never switch back to Aldi.”
