“The prices of products are less then supermarkets like Sainsbury's and Tesco's. The quality is good. Deliveries on time. On the whole very satisfactory.”

“Second time Iv done my food shopping. Was surprise that all my veg and fruit was going to be out off date with in two days off delivery. As I was on the understanding that most off what I had order had at least 4 days.”

W'ere sorry to hear that you were not happy with the life on the fruit and veg you received from us Chloe. We do show the life guarantee on the website for all fresh products, you can see these by clicking on the the product, and it will show the minimum amount of days life that we can deliver to you. Please be aware that this does include the day of delivery. If you feel that we have not met the guarantee on any of the products we have delivered to you, please do email us at ocado@ocado.com with the reference reviews.co.uk and we can look into this further for you. “The two of the eggs were cracked which I wasn't going to complain about as they were in the £15 Bonus Bundle, but when I went to the fridge yesterday evening and found that the milk had leaked I sent an email to Customer Service to which I'm still awaiting a reply.”

“Our delivery was late which didn't help our weekend of cooking (we were catering a 90th birthday tea party), and I had had to rush from work to be on time as I had to be there for my first delivery, but our delivery man was very helpful, everything was in stock and we were kept informed about the lateness.”
