“I found the assertion that the shopping was cheaper than from Tesco difficult to believe without some supporting evidence.”

Hi Christopher, we do indeed have a Low Price Promise, the items included in this are indicated with a pink pound sign symbol next to the price. We then compare the price of your trolley compared to Tesco and we will email you a voucher for the difference to use on your next shop if they were cheaper. “I was impressed that I was given notice of who and what vehicle was coming to deliver my shopping. The delivery process was pretty smooth and I was happy with the amount of time left on my products before they expired. However at the weekend I realised one of my packets of bacon had a hole in and the bacon was discoloured as a result. It went in the bin and I was a little annoyed about this. Overall satisfactory. I will probably use Ocado again.”

“The prices of products are less then supermarkets like Sainsbury's and Tesco's. The quality is good. Deliveries on time. On the whole very satisfactory.”

“Second time Iv done my food shopping. Was surprise that all my veg and fruit was going to be out off date with in two days off delivery. As I was on the understanding that most off what I had order had at least 4 days.”

We do show the life guarantee on the website for all fresh products, you can see these by clicking on the the product, and it will show the minimum amount of days life that we can deliver to you. Please be aware that this does include the day of delivery. “The two of the eggs were cracked which I wasn't going to complain about as they were in the £15 Bonus Bundle, but when I went to the fridge yesterday evening and found that the milk had leaked I sent an email to Customer Service to which I'm still awaiting a reply.”

“Our delivery was late which didn't help our weekend of cooking (we were catering a 90th birthday tea party), and I had had to rush from work to be on time as I had to be there for my first delivery, but our delivery man was very helpful, everything was in stock and we were kept informed about the lateness.”
