“2nd time using Ocardo and website easy to use and so far no substitutes. I love it that they collect old bags and the list of food shows expiry dates. I received a £5 off voucher which I used but also the same day a free £15 organic Box voucher I done all my shopping thinking both could he used but to my dissapoint only one. I decided to use the £5 off but now as only two people in my house hold,it will prob. Run out,the date. This was annoying I couldn't use both.”

“Decent site - reasonably well laid out and a good selection of products (including some particularly eclectic items I couldn't source elsewhere). Delivery was excellent, cannot be faulted at all. Prices are reasonable, with the usual fluctuations compared to other sites. Would recommend if your weekly shop is available on the site.”

Hi Christopher, we do indeed have a Low Price Promise, the items included in this are indicated with a pink pound sign symbol next to the price. We then compare the price of your trolley compared to Tesco and we will email you a voucher for the difference to use on your next shop if they were cheaper. “I was impressed that I was given notice of who and what vehicle was coming to deliver my shopping. The delivery process was pretty smooth and I was happy with the amount of time left on my products before they expired. However at the weekend I realised one of my packets of bacon had a hole in and the bacon was discoloured as a result. It went in the bin and I was a little annoyed about this. Overall satisfactory. I will probably use Ocado again.”
