“My first delivery was cancelled two hours before delivery due to an operational problem. However, I re-scheduled the delivery and it arrived 45 minutes early and the driver was extremely helpful and informed me of the returning of carrier bags etc. The quality of the food is excellent and I am hoping to make this my regular shopping site.”

We do show the minimum life of all fresh products on the website to let customers know what the minimum they can expect to receive. You can view this information by clicking on the product description, please do be aware that this does include the day of delivery. “My first order, everything was fresh, well presented and within good date . All goods delivered that I requested. Great internet service too. The driver was very helpful, explained my shopping helped with the bags, informative and arrived in the time set. Excellent service.”

“had a good job done by ocado food was delivered on time when they say but I had some milk from them that went off before the use by date even when stored and refrigarated”

“The first time I shopped with ocado I was most impressed by the delivery man, he was so helpful and didn't dump my items outside. He asked me if I needed help to take it inside now that was wonderful. Hence why I am shopping with ocado again even though I find many of the items more costly than from my usual shop.”

“I was very impressed with the ease of using the app to do our shop. Was able to get a delivery within 48 hours and none of the items were substituted. Used ocado after a recommendation from a friend and will be happy to use in the future. Many thanks!”

“Overall very good. But delivery timing was appalling. I had booked a 3-4pm delivery slot, but the delivery only arrived at 8. I had numerous texts telling me that they will be late, but with no explanation whatsoever as to why the delivery has been delayed, nor a time frame of when they would arrive. Very disappointed in the customer service in this respect.”

“Good choices and offers in food and being able to buy non food items and get them all delivered at the same time..No missing items and no substitutes what more could i want !!”

“Can't complain they do exactly what they say they're gonna do. Only complaint is they turned up 20 mins early one day was meant to deliver between 6-7 am and he knocked at 5.40 am whilst I was just waking up”
