“Completely different experience from tesco/sainsburys. Impressed. Delivery driver was friendly and helpful and I even got a text on the day informing me of his name, reg plate and colour of his van. The dates on the food were all exceptional too and everything lasted and tasted yummy! Using ocado again this week ????”

“Having always shopped elsewhere before - I'll never shop anywhere else now!! Fantastic customer service!! The shelf life on the meat was great! Great range of food!! The iPhone app is mint!! Lovely delivery man!! And to top it off a complimentary tea towel!! It's the little things that please me :) See you again soon!”

“I was very impressed with my first shop and thought that I would now be making a permanent move. However, I have been very disappointed with my second shop. I thought I had redeemed an offer and as a result I altered my shopping after seeing the items at checkout but, I appear to have been misled. As you can imagine this caused me a great deal of inconvenience. Furthermore, I ordered strawberries which were on a buy one get one free offer and every single strawberry in both packs was rotten and so I had to throw them all away. Unfortunately, there was nothing I can do about it because I noticed it outside of the 24hr period outside of delivery. So as you can see not a great experience.”

“My delivery guy was lovely. My road was closed for repairs but he brought it all the way down the road in a heavy rain shower. He was soaking wet but cheerful, friendly and professional. All to make shopping easy for me!”
