“Way better then Tescos. Meat is good value and quality. Great offers and money off vouchers always piping through my inbox. Delivery service was bang on time and packed properly too (frozen and fresh in separate colour coded bags!) very impressed and I love the little free mag too!”

“Second time Iv done my food shopping. Was surprise that all my veg and fruit was going to be out off date with in two days off delivery. As I was on the understanding that most off what I had order had at least 4 days.”

“Very pleasant driver who explained everything to us about how the shopping was bagged. We had 2 substitutions only one of which we were happy with. The driver took back the products we didn't want and a refund was given very quickly”

“I decided a while ago that it's better for us if we start to use organic toiletries, eat organic food, drink organic home made juices and I'm happy that I found you as I can buy from you most of my needed things. I'm happy with your on line shop as everything has a proper accurate and real description and also I'm happy with the delivery”

“I switched to Ocado recently. So far I've been very pleased by the knowledge and attitude of the delivery drivers, by the fact that there were no substitutes in my orders and by the precise communication I received. Additionally, I find the free delivery very appealing - perhaps the threshold can be lower than £40 - 25 or 30. Finally, I'm pleased that Ocado made some special complements such as the free delivery for 3 months and some other offers and gifts. So far, I have no other suggestions for improvement.”
